They considered our budget, stayed on time, and met every question with a fast answer every.single.time during our pool construction. This company not only took their schedule into account, but they were considerate of our family. They created a little grass doggy area for our pets to be able to go outside, and they even protected my beloved bougainvillea trees from getting destroyed in a very tight space while building our pool. Fernando and his team have done such a great job in my kitchen they went above and beyond to meet my expectations . There was always a great line of communication and great explanation throughout the whole process. I can not thank them enough, I told him that I need it before my daughter's birthday and they delivered. The only part that took long was ordering my sink but it was not his fault, the office manager (maria) was super nice and also kept me Informed of when it was going to arrive, it was all worth it. We used Melo for both constructing our pool and servicing it. They were by far the most affordable, and their work was still high quality. We had a snafu in the design, but they did a good job of fixing the error. The pool service was timely and affordable, too. I should also mention that we're a two-mom family, and I always felt comfortable with Natalie and Fernando. In Miami, we've had some poor experiences with queer unfriendliness, but the Melo's were always super professional and welcoming. I'd definitely recommend them. read more
