I had already received a quote from a national chain and really wanted to support another small business. During the initial consultation, I was chatting with the assistant and he confirmed that not only could they reface my kitchen cabinets... they would love to help me replace my antiquated carpet for updated vinyl flooring. The quote for cabinets AND new floors was basically the same amount that the national cabinet chain had quoted me for just the kitchen?? They were very accommodating with creating invoices that my HOA would greenlight, and met the requirements for soundproofing my second floor unit. The technicians kept updated on all processes from consultant to appointment. The owner met with me the day before to aussage my concerns about what I needed to move or not move , to accommodate the process . I didn't want to create any unnecessary movements or furniture displacement for my technician!! They checked in with me via text throughout each day and sent video at the end of each session to communicate on the progress! They finished my 2BR condo in less than 3 days! I am beyond happy with the results! My unit looks and feels so much bigger with my beautiful new floors. It is exactly what I was looking for and then SOME!!! The owner and my technician followed up on the next day , to make sure I was happy!!! Soooooo happy! Please recommend or hire these guys for your next improvement project~ the BEST!

It started out with Brian calling me on February 18th at 9 am making an appointment to come see the job and give me an onsite estimate. I took the rest of the day off and waited for them, but they never came. At the very end of the day Brian texted me to say that he couldn't get there. This cost me half a days loss of income. At around 5:30 pm same day he texted again, saying he would do the job for $500 without seeing the job personally, because he had enough information from the initial pictures I provided. However ,the next day he asked me to compose a video with detailed spoken instruction of what I wanted done. More time wasted and extremely aggravating because I then had to edit the video for over an hour just to be able to send it via text message because apparently the video was too long to be able to send. After all this he retracted his $500 estimate He instructed me to go ahead and do it with someone else. It should be noted that Brian was polite and well spoken but regrettably this interaction wasted my time and fell far short of my expectations. My belief is that it had more to do with the owner Augustin, who was disengaged in this communication and seemed to change his mind several times. Very unfortunate and Not the way to get my business. They ignored all these rulings, have not paid me a dime and still the judge do everything to give them a pass. Not only do I want my money I will also share the court documents in the court of public opinions. Worst company to do business with. You see them coming run. Lock your doors. Instead of fixing the electrical issue from a light wall switch. a toggle switch was installed to the light itself. A handicapped elderly woman using this bath cannot reach the toggle. The towel rack and TP holder are lose. The (custom) shower pan was larger than it should have been and we lost sink space. The framing of the window and newly installed shelf is separating. The handheld shower bracket is lose. An agreed upon closet was never installed. We were stupid to pay in full and should have know better. they were very quick to ask for payments. We believe that they took on too many jobs at once so we received the tired workers. We were told that they were working on much more expensive projects and we took that as an insult, that we weren't important enough. These issues are over a year old and could have been resolved easily if they had come here to address them.

All Dade Pavers had so many positive reviews versus other places I researched, and I wanted to feel confident that the finished work would be quality - and it is. He was also very punctual and provided clear timeline/expectation of the work. From the beginning, we knew we picked the right company. During the process, I asked Stephen several questions regarding overall design, logistics, and timing. All of which he would answer within minutes at any hour of the day. He sent over new paver/concrete dimension the same day we met him, adjusted design within a few days and had pavers ordered right away. The pavers were delivered from Gem Pavers in 4 weeks and his team was hard at work within a few days of delivery. He is present throughout the process and made sure work was done correctly. His team was also very nice, professional, and worked really hard to deliver my driveway. Everything worked like clockwork and came out so beautiful. When there was an issue with my existing concrete near my door frame, Stephen had his team out within an hour to fix it. I have gotten so many compliments on the pavers and it wouldn't have been possible without All Day Pavers. I can't say enough great things about our experience. If you are having a difficult time choosing between companies; I think the choice is very clear. Thank you Stephen and team for giving me my dream driveway! For reference: we used 4x6 pavers in marble slate from gem pavers. We used 4x6 pavers in gray for the borders. It's in a herringbone 45 pattern.
