When I asked if they could just crop it to avoid the distortion, they seemed to struggle to figure out how to do that. I was there for a total of 45 minutes, and I ended up with only 4 or 5 prints because they did not know how to fix the issue. Granted the prints came out well, but I probably spent double or triple the price for what I would've gotten at a FedEx without the convenience or speed. I honestly should've just walked away but didn't want to walk out empty handed for the time I spent waiting. Now I regret paying full price for subpar service and a disappointingly incomplete order.

Oftentimes, I don't have time to drop off documents until the weekend, and if I had known ahead of time that this location doesn't have a DHL pickup scheduled for Saturdays, I might have selected another DHL pickup location. Nevertheless, now I know. Only thing is that my documents will now get there a couple of days later, which isn't ideal.
