I used them the first time in October 2025 and was so impressed when they moved a 7' grand piano from a church stage to my home. I was at the pickup and delivery, so I saw the whole process! Alex and dad were so efficient. They explained the process and all worries disappeared. They made what looked impossible, possible. The church stage had about 4 stairs and narrow aisles, but it worked! They also "installed" the piano on the spider dolly that the piano was originally on. I used them recently in February 2026 and they moved a player baby grand piano (usually heavier, so needed 3 people for safety), from the second floor of a home (about 18 stairs) and to my home again. The homeowner kept saying they are not responsible if someone gets hurt. I saw the video of the piano being taken down... amazing! I will do minor maintenance and then call them again to move the player piano from my home to the backyard ADU when the ADU finishes! They are strong, knowledgeable, FAST, efficient. These people are so quick. You will be impressed. They are very delicate with the instruments. They have their own trailer and piano transport. Your piano will be safely housed and fully enclosed. I HIGHLY recommend them and will continue to use them! They are the best of all movers I found! Plus, they have good prices compared to others. Again, they're fully insured!
