Instead of providing transparent communication and a supportive environment for children and parents, the administration repeatedly contacted us with unsubstantiated claims of "illness" that were never backed by documentation, symptoms, or any legitimate health concern. Over time, it became clear these claims were being used to manage their own staffing shortages rather than to protect student wellbeing. Which was confirmed by other parents who experienced the same problem at the school. This pattern was disruptive, stressful, and felt manipulative. Families deserve honesty, professionalism, and respect -- not tactics that shift internal staffing problems onto parents under the guise of health concerns. We ultimately chose to withdraw because the environment did not reflect the integrity or trust we expect from a school. I hope the family owners take accountability and make meaningful changes, because children and families deserve better.
