At this price point, client vision should take priority over studio convenience. I had the WORST experience with this company. I model part-time, and I did a photo shoot of free of…read morecharge for this photographer named Howard. I did it so that I could build my portfolio while starting out as a new model. To thank him for his work, I ordered a photo album for $236 out of courtesy, and I was planning to gift it to a friend. 4 months later, the album has not even arrived yet and the owner REFUSES to give me a refund. I realized that the album is never coming and that he is a scammer. He also deleted all of his old reviews from honest customers who had bad experiences with him. Please be aware - the owner also has a fake service where he charges aspiring models $500 for him to "get them into the top modeling agencies". Please beware of this company and the owner, Howard's, sketchy services. Luckily, I did not fall for this, but all aspiring models should be aware that this is fake and not how agencies scout you. He is a con-artist. For the past 4 months, the owner named Howard, has been promising that the order for my photo album would be coming in the next few days. I paid for this album back on March 4th for $236, and it still has not been shipped to my house yet - today it is July 26th. I have followed up with the owner about 10 times on this order, and his promises are never true. DO NOT ORDER FROM HIM, YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR PRODUCT. HE WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND. HIS PHOTOS ARE OF POOR QUALITY AND ARE NOT WORTH HIS SERVICES. In fact, about a week ago, he promised me a full refund of the $236 I paid for the photo album because I never received my order. He made false promises of adding other photography products to my order due to the delay, which never came as well. However, today, he yelled at me on the phone and said he was only willing to reimburse me $75, while the product HAD NOT EVEN ARRIVED MONTHS LATER. Any other reliable business would be willing to refund you the full amount you paid due to the lack of customer service or arrival of the product - even Amazon will do that for any order if a product does not arrive. He kept talking over me on the phone and sent me a nasty text messages saying that the photographers I have worked with in other modeling shoots are not as good as him. To be honest, he is a horrible photographer and airbrushes your face with cheap filters. I hated most of the photos he took of me because he does not know what he is doing or how to edit them properly. Do not pay for his products or services, he is not even good and lacks the basic skills needed to run a business. He is scammer. Stay away.
