Showed up on time is the only positive.. paid over $200.00 for them to be at our house for 30 minute and spray just a little bit of something on our carpet , then suck it up. We vacuumed just one room and still filled a half a container full of dirt and debris out of our carpet, and it still smells dirty. I would expect it to smell clean after they left. If you want someone to show up on time and take your money... by all means use this company, that is all they are good for is to show up and steal your money!!!!! read more

Snow White Carpet Cleaning is a truly wonderful, very professional company! My husband and I needed to have our carpets cleaned, but all of the carpet cleaning companies were booked solid. I wanted to use this company, because their online reviews were mostly 4/5 stars, with excellent comments about them. Finally there was a last -minute cancellation, and they were able to get me in. I certainly was not disappointed at all in the expert service, very courteous and highly competent young man, Hugo, who came to my house, and the end results. He listened to all I wanted to have done, and after I showed him the rooms where I wanted the carpet to be cleaned, he gave me a very good quote on the price. I was blown away at how reasonable it was. Our carpets were badly in need of a cleaning, and had numerous pet stains, other stains on them. When Hugo had finished the job, I was amazed at how wonderful our carpets looked, and they smelled so fresh too. The stains were gone,and our carpets looked beautiful! They will even move your furniture for you, if you cannot do it yourself. We wanted our carpets to dry quicker, so Hugo even set up industrial fans all around the house to make that happen. Sierra and Julie are great to find out everything you need before they arrive, so they will be fully equipped to do your complete service. It is a very efficient company that way too. Hugo answered all the questions I had, and I could tell he really knew so much about cleaning carpets and doing the best job possible. He is a very conscientious young man, and his goal is your complete satisfaction with this cleaning service. The office staff, particularly Sierra and Julie, were very cordial to me every time I would speak to them on the phone, and Sierra promised me she would call me if she got a cancellation. I had complete confidence that she would do that. I was right! The next day, she called me and excitedly told me she had a cancellation. I was so impressed that she followed through and contacted me to get scheduled. Hugo had done such an incredible job that I wanted to write this five-star company a review that they certainly deserve. I highly recommend this company, who has been in this business forty years, and we will use them for many years to come. Very good customer service from making the appointment to the cleaning! They even used bummer guards on the corners and wiped baseboards which no other company had ever done. My carpet is only 18 months old so hard to notice a huge difference like when cleaning an older carpet. However, with this said, I am very happy with Snow White and will use them again!!! read more

We had Snow White come out the day before Thanksgiving to clean our carpets! They did a few bedrooms, a hallway, stairs and a large area rug. They were quick, efficient and the carpets looked great afterwards! They were very affordable. We would highly recommend them! My husband and I recently moved to Wichita. The home we just purchased needed the carpets cleaned urgently. When we looked at the house there was furniture still in it, so the extent of the dirt and wear was not nearly as noticeable. Jeremy, the owner, came to our home on the day we closed. He offered a free estimate and agreed to schedule us the very next day. This was perfect, as our furniture would not be moved in for several more days. My carpets weren't the easiest in the world to get clean due to the presence of two golden retrievers and their ability to shed enormous amounts of hair EVERYWHERE. Used them long ago and was impressed. No longer. Sat at home waiting for them to call and show up. Never did. When we called, they said they did call. Nope. When we asked for them to come back, we were told they would not. The "guys" were already home. They would have to call and reschedule. They never did. Guess they can afford to lose customer. Had heard many good things about this company. Our carpets look much better, but some stains we thought came out came back once the carpet was dry. Also there was a very bright 3" diameter paint stain that showed up after they put water on an apparent paint drip they didn't tell us about before they left. The main problem was that when they moved furniture on our wood floors, they left scratches about 3 feet long. When I told them about it, the owner came out and went over the scratches with a wood finish stain marker but it made little difference. The scratches are still very obvious. No effort was made to offer compensation or to reduce our bill. Instead we received a $600 estimate for stretching some patterned Berber carpet. We will not be using this company again. read more
