We had a valve stem break on the back passenger tire on our fifth wheel outside of Emporia on the interstate.

Took a car battery back that goes dead after a full charge while NOT in the car. When I get it to…read moreWalmart, it's completely dead. They can not check it for a bad cell because walmart won't buy the tool to do that according to the desk guy writing the ticket to do the Walmart 60-90 minutes test. So they charge it got an hour and I go back. The tester they didn't have earlier said it's good. So.... if the battery will hold a charge between the time they take it off the charger and the time they test it for voltage. It's good enough ? That is what I am told the policy is. The Battery is 8 months old and goes dead in a day or two which is ok by Walmart standards? The difference between the core charge ( $12 ) and the prorated refund value on a $60 battery can't be that much, so to lie to cheat the customer out of a few bucks is kind of despicable.

Monday July 22 I bought a full set of tires. I did not want or need the $40 lifetime road hazard…read morebalancing. The last set was 40,000 miles on them and no flats or problems they were almost bald. I'm 65 and don't have flat tire problems. On Tuesday, I go to the car and the tire was flat. So I pull the tire off to take to be fixed and a wheel weight falls off in my hand. Now I have to question the workmanship on ALL the tires and wheel and I wonder if the tire wasn't poked at the shop because I didn't buy their warranty. No one there looked or acted like they wanted to be there to start with. I had called before hand to ask how busy they were and was told to get there early because they are always busy.. I get there about noon and nobody was there. No line. Crickets! It seemed to be a seedy operation going on there. a real lack of professionalism. I wouldn't recommend it. Go at your own risk.

My daughter @ ESU went to your location for an as advertised coupon of $19.99 oil change. She…read morepresented the coupon which was clearly for $20 but was asked by the women on the counter "what type of oil change do you want". She did not know, so they suggested the HIGH MILEAGE one knowing it was clearly more than her coupon value, and suggested they would deduct some money at the end. This service never quoted, and while conducting the oil change recommended a engine flush for $10. My daughter thinking ok a high mileage change is probably more maybe double, add engine flush the bill should be around $50.00 OH NO at the end she owed $80 for high mileage $15 for engine flush, environmental disposal fees, taxes and the deducted $10 for her original $19.99 coupon. HER BILL WAS OVER $90 for an advertised 19.99 COUPON. THEY CLEARLY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF HER INEXPIRENCE, AND ESU STUDENT. Stay way from this predatory establishment, take your car anywhere else and spread the word about their bait and switch deceiving tactics' also plan to publish this in every available social media available to all ESU students. If you have had similar encounters with this business no is the time to say so....! DAD

Blackcreek Diesel & Automotive - This is the bill portion for a way overpriced vaccum pump, and $400 labor? The mechanic did a nice job with the rewire, but $400?

Long story short, they replaced my transmission fluid, took it for a test drive, etc. My wait was pretty minimal for being an emergency walk in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We've used BlackCreek / Anderson for many years now. Sadly the time has come to say farewell…read more My wife brought our Diesel F350 in for service, (Oil, Fuel Filters, Tire rotation), which was done w/o issue. Unfortunately she mentioned the A/C was not blowing out front vents, but through the defrost. A sad, but common problem with these trucks. My advice NEVER suggest this problem to a garage, especially a dishonest one. The issue is a common one for farm trucks where vermin chew wires to the vaccum pump. This is usually a simple fix. You can see from the attached photo what they charged me. The mechanic screamed RAT and the clock starts spinning to charge labor for a simple fix. Blamed my problem on wiring harness issues, w/o correct diagnostics. The fix should be rewire, confirm power on pump, if no power, check fuse / turn signals fuse 27. This didn't happen, they charged melp $420 labor, charged me for parts that were not bad, such as the Vacuum pump, (Which they offered to swap back and credit, after I raised hell, and they indeed found the pump wasn't faulty). The truck was returned with a/c issue still occurring. The fix took me 15 minutes. Blown fuse 27. I was charged $700+ dollars for two broken wires and a blown fuse. They didn't do correct simple diagnostics to determine source of power issue. I'm done with them and I am firing them as my shop, I'll recommend the same to my friends. My bill is attached, along with the correct diagnostic steps from powerstroke forum on debugging this issue. 1. The Multi-Circuit Short (The Turn Signal Link)On the 2004 6.0L Ford wiring schematic, Fuse #27 (15-Amp) in the cabin panel powers the vacuum pump, but it also supplies key-on power to the Overdrive (TCS) switch on your shifter stalk, the turn signals, and the cruise control servo.Test this immediately: Put the key in the RUN position and try your turn signals. If your turn signals are completely dead, Fuse #27 is definitely blown. Update: What a sham, the wires they reference were cut in 2006 when the PCM was reprogrammed for custom application. I'm not disputing the vermin issue, I stated as such above. It's life on the farm. I even told them their mechanic did a nice job of rewiring the damage. Earlier today they admitted the vacuum pump, (overpriced) they replaced was actually functioning and offered me a credit on the part only if I returned. I have declined and since my review now claim the part is defective and replacement was justified. Just own it man. You replaced parts that weren't required, you overpriced them, you performed poor diagnostics on the problem and overcharged me on labor. Own it. Don't treat customers dishonestly and they'll come back. We will not, ever, nor will we or my company, Bobwhite Vines LLC ever recommend your services to our friends and farmers.
