It is a bit easier than coming in off of Brownsboro Road. This Kroger Fuel is not large but usually has an open pump. We have never had any issues with the equipment or the gas. If you are running low on gas and in the area it is a quick spot for a fill up. You can also use your Kroger card to get money off per gallon for your purchase.

I'll get to what you want to know in a minute). You've left one of the many bars in this area of the Highlands. What you need is a chilled and delicious Gatorade (G2 preferably for the calorie conscious). This convenient store is your lifesaver(if you want these too, they're also available in the candy section). Like any convenient store, you can pick up a variety of snacks... even Krispy Kreme donuts! They also have a bathroom in case that donut isn't staying down. You're already thinking ahead with hydrating on your walk before bed. Why not think further ahead and pick up some donuts or packaged pastries for breakfast when you wake up? Not very many pumps but they were newer and upgraded and seemed in good shape. The inside is pretty spacious and mildly well upkept. The snacks and drinks we got were on par with other local gas stations. Service here was just ok. The workers here didn't seem to happy or friendly but wasn't rude either. Just kinda "blah" if I'm being honest. Overall solid gas stations with a deceptively latent inside then you would imagine from a place with limited pumps.

But for the price of the carwash ($9), I don't feel like it got my car very clean. There was still a bunch of spots on the windshield, and the backs of my side mirrors, which I had folded in for the wash, were still filthy after my carwash was complete. Considering this is an automated car wash, I wasn't expecting it to come out spotless. I knew I would have to go back myself to get some mess that was missed, but this was more than expected. I think I'll follow my husband's advice (don't tell him I said that), and use this car wash when I need just a touch up rather than a good clean. As a plus, though, this car wash enthralled my toddler. Maybe I can use it as entertainment for him.

Today, my Truck needed a jump. I was sitting in the Vogue Center in St. Matthews. I had called AAA…read moreand asked them to come out and jump the truck. They said I had reached my annual limit for assistance and were going to charge me $90 for service. I explained that I thought we had a much higher usage of 12 times during a year. I said I would pass. Well nevertheless I was about 30 yards from Pruitts Chevron. So, I walked over and asked them. At first they said normal price is $35 for a jump. I thought, well, that's better than $90 and was prepared to pay. But the attendant said he would talk to his Boss since I was just 30 yards away. The word came back that there would be NO charge. We walked back to the truck and he jumped it and I was off. I have dealt sporadically with this gas station, but after today I will definitely use it more often. Plus, they are full service!! I recommend using these guys services to everyone. We all just need to look out for each other!
