This wash was just OK. I like the convenience of using Wash Me. You pay the machine, drive in and the car wash does the rest. Especially in the age of COVID-19, it's nice to be able to get this service without having to leave the car or interact with anyone. But for the price of the carwash ($9), I don't feel like it got my car very clean. There was still a bunch of spots on the windshield, and the backs of my side mirrors, which I had folded in for the wash, were still filthy after my carwash was complete. Considering this is an automated car wash, I wasn't expecting it to come out spotless. I knew I would have to go back myself to get some mess that was missed, but this was more than expected. I think I'll follow my husband's advice (don't tell him I said that), and use this car wash when I need just a touch up rather than a good clean. As a plus, though, this car wash enthralled my toddler. Maybe I can use it as entertainment for him. read more

The $9 time saver is not a time saver after all. I wasn't in a super rush so that was ok. I would suggest you read all the disclaimers on the door. I'm not sure how to take my antenna off so I didn't. The power of the dryer may knock things off our car. At one point, while cleaning it sounded like the antenna ripped off, it didn't, thank heavens. If you have a bigger car you will have to fold your mirrors in. My car barely fit without folding in mirrors. The wash left my car wet and spotted. My car had some clean spots and did look better than it did before the wash but this wash is lacking. Should have checked reviews prior to purchasing and driving in. There are better options for car washes...keep driving. read more

This place is fine if you need a car wash in a pinch. A little pricey (washes start at $9, up to $12), but the 24-7 service is a plus. I recently found myself fed up with the grime on my car after several weeks of alternating rain, snow, and pollen-filled days. I don't have a great place to wash my own car by hand (which I prefer, as I can take my time as well as apply a great wax) and I was in the neighborhood. This location's quirky sign has always attracted me as well, so I decided to take my car for a spin into the car wash. Holy Mackarel, Batman! Basic wash starting at $9?!? I usually pay about $5 for the service they were describing. I decided I was sufficiently tired of the nastiness on my vehicle that the extra $4 was worth it. The wash itself was fine. It didn't bang my car around like some places do, and I felt like it did a decent job of drying my car to leave a minimum of water spots. Final verdict: A-ok. I'd go here again if I need to, although it's below "hand wash" and "cheaper car wash" on my list of how to keep my vehicle clean. read more

While apartment living in the Highlands without a great place to wash my car myself, I used this car wash all the time. Now that I have a house I generally do all of my car washing. There are occasions where I like to take it through a car wash when I'm feeling lazy. On those occasions when I'm feeling lazy, I'd much rather go to an automatic car wash. I remember this location being much cheaper. If I remember correctly a basic wash used to be 7 bucks here with an "upscale" wash being 10. Now the prices are 9 & 12 which is pricey for what it is. For me, I think I'm paying for the convenience & nostalgia. If you frequent car washes weekly or even monthly then this might not be the place for you. Open 24/7. Accepts cards or cash. Convenient to the Highlands, but out of the way that it's not incredibly busy when you want a quick wash. I always have childhood nostalgia when visiting automated car washes. It's just too much fun to watch the blue rollers clean/shake your car. There is also a vacuum off to the side if you want to knock that part of your car care out. One other thing to note is that I've never noticed any scratches/dings from this car wash. Remember! -- Fold in your mirrors. -- Remove your antenna. Or you're going to have a bad time. read more

Charged me 2 times ( $18) for a $9 car wash and then I got stuck inside. I had to get out of my car inside and saw a panel of buttons. Hit a button and back door only opened. Difficult backing out with the tracks. I hit 2 flags trying to back out. Never again!!!! read more

Secret fact: I'm actually kind of an introvert. If I don't have to deal with strangers, particularly in a buying/selling/waiting capacity, I'm a much happier person. Because of that, finding a little automatic car wash that's not in the lot of a busy gas station is kind of car wash heaven. For that bit of peace, I am glad to pay an extra few dollars. I don't have a ton to say that hasn't already been said. This is one of the old-fashioned automated car washes with the blue rollers, which frankly I've missed. There are two bays. When you drive up, it's hard to tell at first if it's closed or open since there's a translucent garage door covering the entrance (pro tip: it's always open). That's there just for instructions though, and since you can see through it just a little, you can tell if there's another car in it or not. They take both cash and credit cards. $9 for basic and $12 for works with wax. It did a good job drying my car, and I stopped at a gas station after to fill up and inspect the job. There was really only one small place on an edge that it didn't get entirely clean, but that was from caked-on bird poop that's been there for probably a couple of months and needed some human elbow grease. Besides that, my car was spotless. Overall a very good experience. I spotted a vacuum off to the side that someone was using on their interior, so if you want to tackle that here too, you can. read more

Automated carwash ran my credit card and charged without opening the bay doors. Answering service was pleasant but not terribly helpful. Said they would not call this an emergency. Even though the machine is going to continue taking other peoples money. They said I would have to wait until someone was in the office next week to review the video and then they would contact me by mail.. Not good customer service read more

'Eh, I was probably drawn in to Wash Me LLC by the triumvirate of factors that make me a lazy car owner: -The location was incredibly convenient, automated and open at the time (and they take credit cards) -The exterior of my relatively new car was in rough shape after a few days of travel and snow -I'm a sucker for hyperbole signs boasting "Top Car Wash in The World" or some other related nonsense. My Overall experience? Okay. Automated 24-hour locations are handy, but never as good as doing it yourself in a bay or paying for others to was it for you. The wash and dry was good enough and did the job, but it also cost $12 which is a little steep for such a service. There is a quicker, less-detailed $9 option as well. Personally, It's been a long while since I had taken a car to an automated car wash. I forgot how fun it is to watch the machines bath and clean your car. I come here mostly to vacuum because the wash cycles are so costly and don't do a very good job. items are often missing and sometimes this place has even eaten my quarters! it's fine in a pinch because it is so convenient to where I live but this is worst thanyour average car wash for both price and quality. I would rather wash my car myself than pay for any of these wash cycles here. read more

Took my money ($12), sprayed soap and water, then washed my hood - then it suddenly stopped and left my car covered in soap. No rinse, no blow dry, just a soapy vehicle. I had to drive to St. Mathews to a different car wash to clean up the mess. This was clearly a malfunction - I've used this car wash quite a few times before and it's not great but basically it kind of works and it's marginally OK if you are in a hurry. But I won't risk it again. I plan to try to call and see if I can get a refund but what a pain! read more

Very sub par experience this morning at Wash Me. Paid $12 for the Big package and was very disappointed. Several of the water spouts inside the wash we partially clogged and one dryer was completely broken. Had to dry the entire truck myself after. Not coming back. read more

Maybe it's the sheer surface area of my old Volvo station wagon, but the birds seem to think of my car as their latrine. I don't want to have to think about when I'm going to fit in yet another wash, or carry around quarters, or get out of my car at all, so Wash Me is a fairly frequent pit stop. There's rarely a line, you can use a credit card, and once I'm inside bopping to the radio I feel like I'm a kid again. Done and done. read more

Went to Wash Me Carwash on Sunday, March 19th. Paid $9 for the quick wash. Pulled into the bay, machine never came on...was actually stuck there for about 10 minutes before calling a friend who suggested I attempt to pull forward towards the door to see if it would open. After a couple of attempts, it finally did. Called immediately to explain - woman took my info and said someone would get back with me. A week passed so I called again and was told a form would be sent in the mail (whatever that means..). Haven't received a thing. While $9 isn't a big deal, it's the principle. I have used this carwash a number of times as it's convenient for a quick fix. Never again. Poor customer service and the run around - I'd rather go out of my way and give my money to a reputable business. Pitiful. read more

DON'T GO THERE!!!!! I paid $12 for "Upscale" instead of the $9 "Time Saver" - not sure what the difference is because I didn't see any postings to tell you! About all it did was wet my car down for me. It still had mud and bird droppings all over it. I had to wash it myself! You might as well take that money and throw it out the window!
