Not only that, my nails are sooo thick and uneven now. I had to ask her to file them down more but they're still annoying to look at, they look like thick curved bear claws. The lady seemed nice but the dishonesty and workmanship is a no. She even saw an indent in one of the nails, looked at it, rubbed her finger against, and decided to just carry on. I will never understand; don't go here thinking you're getting builder gel, they don't have it! And good luck on any other nails.

I went here last week, requesting a gel, pedicure, and a soak off, followed by a gel manicure. The…read moregentleman who did my pedicure (Tom) tried talking me out of a soak off and saying that my nails still looked fine. I was getting my pedicure done and he even tried telling me that I couldn't have my nails colored for labor so I could just do clear. I asked him just to cut my toenails which initially he cut square but then he rounded all of them out making them look short and bitten. I was very disappointed by the time I got to the soak off he had began to file off the hard gel on my nails, he continue to do so until he could get the hard gel as thin as he could. I then thought he was going to soak off the rest of the remaining hard gel, but he proceeded to just buff it out and paint over it so I still have hard gel underneath my gel nail polish and the application was very lumpy he also proceeded to tell me that my nail shape was wide, and he was gonna make them more narrow again making my finger nails look awkward just like my toes I was very irritated with the experience and very disappointed. I will not be going here again. I paid $105 for a service that ultimately I hated.

The place is very clean and presentable, calming environment and very kind and professional staff. Rosy did an amazing job with both my pedicure and manicure. The express pedicure came with a foot scrub, sugar scrub, lotion massage, and a gel polish. I was impressed with the outcome as I have some damaged nails and really tiny toes. I also have really rough feet, callused over from wearing my steel toe boots for work and she was able to scrub all of it off and make them feel fresh and smooth again. She put four coats of polish on my manicure, I got the "White rabbit" color and it came out great!
