I didn't know until I talked to him that off-brand med and Aspirin are the same thing. After figuring all these out by myself, called Spfld Clinic on Wabash to replace my med with Aspirin. If I know what the doctor said to me please don't think I'm making it up. I know precisely what was discussed. You weren't there. You suck to the outdated orders but thought you were correct. Yet when the internist started to look it up on the PC she found the consult instructions that were discussed with me. I was at the consultation. I know exactly what was discussed. Please do not ever second guess my ability to listen. Doctors and nurses make mistakes and forget to double check what they thoughtthey heard. I will never return to this facility. Specific reason. I was measured twice and both times I could not even get the lymphedema sleeve on due to poor measuring. I have never had trouble like this in the almost 20 years I have worn a lymphedema sleeve!! I will now have to find a different lymphedema therapist outside of Springfield Memorial.

They don't mind canceling an appointment the day of an appointment, but don't be five minutes late…read moreand they will cancel your appointment. Plus, even if you show up on time, they don't mind making you sit and wait for 15 minutes before they call you back to see the doctor. As is their time is more valuable than yours. Then you have to sit and wait for the nurse to come in and take your vitals. After that, you have to wait 10 more minutes waiting for the doctor to come in and see you. He spends three minutes with you and tells you that you can go.
