If my son's doctor is unavailable, we'll be scheduled with another pediatrician. They're all very friendly and very helpful. They also stay open until 8pm accepting walk-ins. Very convenient when you have a sick kid outside of business hours. The doctors certainly show more care and interest than those in the ER.

While waiting to check in an employee entered…read morethe lobby to inform the nearly full waiting area that there would be no more employer drug testing done after 3:00PM. I asked about my 3:00PM appointment that I created online and was told that the online appointments are for phlebotomy only. I tried calling before making the appointment online but their phone system is an automated loop with no human beings ever answering the phone. The online appointment was a waste of time. Employer drug testing is walk in only so buckle up for an extended wait. Choose some place else because this place is a clown show.

The whole process couldn't have gone any better, i was in and out in plenty of time for my shift. Easy self check-in stand, and the patient's first name and last initial was displayed on a TV screen indicating where he/she was in queue. The only negative I might say is limited hours of operation with a 1 hour closure for lunch which might be problematic for some.
