I was needing an MRI which is fine but I have now waited another week no call on MRI so I call my insurance and they have not heard from OCI at all, call the nurse she said she has not submitted paperwork yet and it would be another week for her to submit paperwork. Then another week or two before I would be in for the MRI. I am not ok waiting over a month to get help. I have removed myself as a patient and will go elsewhere to seek help. Just warning others dont waste your time when you are in pain and needing help quickly

I saw a doctor that examined me. the main doctor then saw me, recommended bI lateral injections. the PA then came in and gave me the ultrasound guided injections. then the clerk came in to get information to refer me out for physical therapy. All of this happened in one hour. I highly recommend Dr. Gibson and all of his staff that assisted me today.

Well, I've found a place I town where I will always go when I need this procedure. They carefully talked me through the whole procedure beforehand, answered my questions and then made sure I was completely comfortable before doing the imaging process. During they were continuing asking how I was doing, and then it was over. I even got to chose the music of choice to help filter out the noise those machines make. TLC meets MRI. If needed I'll be back.

Because I needed care soon, I was left in a position where two representatives essentially told me my only options were to either go to the ER or pay $750 out of pocket -- even though the issue was caused by their own error. On top of that, the representatives were rude throughout the process.

Once received results, couldn't see them. Had to email and call again. Was told $300 over the phone, charged $450 when I got there. I paid it, and they said no more would be needed after that. Today, received a bill for $150 more! I now have a case number and wait to see what happens. It feels like once I left, the confusion and disregard started. If you are a self-pay patient like myself, find a different facility.

I had an on the job injury each time I would deal with a provider I would present each provider…read morewith a copy from the work comp. insurer this document contained a claim number contact info for the claim rep. all necessary information to ensure proper billing when I had shoulder surgery at the osf center for health, rehab at the osf occupational center when I saw my family DR. who is also an osf provider I gave each provider a copy of this document that each provider kept I gave them instructions to bill the work comp. insurer and not my personal insurance three of the four providers where able to follow instructions. only the osf provider in Morton who I saw on 3 or 4 occasions each time providing them with a copy of said document and instructions and yet each time they billed my personal insurer. I can only conclude that the staff at the Morton osf are ether incompetent, lazy, stupid or incapable of following simple instructions in writing. or perhaps they just don't care.
