Every single person I have encountered at this establishment is not only kind and courteous but they go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Other than the one office staff that is outright rude, and one dentist who is full of charisma personally, yet clearly doesn't seem to care about his dental treatment of my mouth (hence I avoid him), what good is the charisma? The remainder of his staff, are giving "20th century Customer Service", in a time when all too often we encounter "Generation Millennials".
