The parking garage has an entire level dedicated to the ENT patient parking. When I walked into the practice it was so clean and easy to find seating. I completed the self check in and barely had time to sit down before a nurse was calling me to complete my check in. I was called back at exactly my appointment time (a rarity in the medical field) and the nurse was friendly. I was seen by Dr. Craddock and I enjoyed him very much. In the span of my 30 minute appointment Dr. Craddock examined my ear with an otoscope and under a microscope, suctioned my ear, ran a pressure test, and went over my results with me. I felt thoroughly taken care of and look forward to my follow up appointment in 2 weeks.

I have been to over 20 doctors for medical problems and every single office will verify insurance. I told the office that the doctor was in network according to my insurance. But they said I still needed to call my insurance to double check if the insurance will actually cover it. So I call my insurance and the insurance company says "do you have the codes for me to input so I can check?" What codes? What the hell is he talking about? He says the codes and all the information that insurance companies need would be information the doctor's office would generally have. This isn't patient information. This is why he doesn't like it when doctor's offices won't call themselves to verify. This is why doctor's offices SHOULD AND DO call insurance and verify themselves. I was the told I needed to call the doctor's office to get the codes and the insurance company call back. Seriously?! Why should a patient ever need to be the third person who is going between doctor office who has doctor information such as codes for procedures and the insurance? Almost every other doctor and doctor's office I have ever been to does that for the patients!! Needless to say ONE HOUR LATER I cancelled my appt bc I was essentially told by the insurance that bc they don't have the codes from the doctor's office for my procedure, I won't know whether or not my appt will be covered.

The nurses were rude, repeatedly hung up on the Texas children's nurse and my wife. After an hour and a half of calling, the Texas children's nurses decided to take a general blood panel because they couldn't get answer from the nurses and could never get in touch with the doctor. I have been going to these doctors for 30 plus years. I can say, as of the past few years, the doctors and staff have ruined my trust and confidence in there ability to serve myself and my family.

He was very kind and thorough in the exam. He had me get a CAT scan of my sinuses and when I returned, he reviewed them with me screen by screen and explained everything that was going on. Dr. Brauchle really listened to my concerns and fears and did an amazing job of making sure that I was comfortable and had a very good outpatient surgery experience! My anesthesiologist, Dr. Drtil, was also incredible! She was so kind and compassionate and did everything to make sure I was very comfortable and pain-free.I highly recommend her also.
