I ordered a headstone from Memorials.com and my family loved it. The bronze was exactly like it was pictured and we can put my mother on the bronze later on. It was a very difficult time in our life dealing with a situation such as this. My mother picked this company because she spoke with a service rep and got all the info from her, she was very nice to her and took her time explaining everything in detail. It was a 2 month process to order the bronze grave marker, check with the cemetery (which they did) all and than do a layout for us. Once this was done the bronze went into production and took about 4 weeks to make and be delivered to the cemetery. It was a 44x14 bronze marker and the cost was about $1500.00 everything included. the funeral cemetery wanted to charge us almost double that and we would have never gotten to see a layout. The layout was my favorite part, I wanted a cross on it and we had maybe 100 to choose from. I have to say the process was great from start to finish and we felt very comfortable with Memorials.com during the whole thing. My mother went to the grave at the cemetery and the first time she was the grave stone she had tears in her eyes, it was closure to her and to know that my dad is resting in peace. read more

It's a hard time to make decisions when you lose a loved one, but Memorials. com worked with me with patience and compassion to find the perfect marker for my husbands grave-site. They worked with the cemetery to make sure all their specifications were met, and there would be no hidden surprises. The prices were so much less then what the cemetery offered and they had many more choices of colors, fonts and graphics. I was more than please with my purchase from Memorials. I did a lot of research for a Cremation Urn VAULT for my son. The one I decided on I could not find at a local Funeral home that could sell it to me. After a lot more research I found Memorials. I purchased a "Rose Aegean Stainless Steel Cremation Urn VAULT". The Vault is constructed from high impact, ultra-light concrete that is encased in two layers of non-biodegradable, white marbletone polystyrene and stainless steel. Closure with an adhesive coupled tongue in groove fitting. It was bigger than I expected and honestly more beautiful than I expected, not to mention heavy. Packing and shipping were perfect. I did not make my decision lightly and they were very patient with me. There had been heavy rains before the day of burial and the opening in the ground kept filling with water. I was so happy I had made the choice for this VAULT because I knew my son's Urn with his ashes would remain safe and dry from the elements for eternity. I took a lot of time to choose what type of cremation urn for my father. I finally found one that reminded me of him at Memorials.com. It was a gorgeous piece made out of padauk wood (my father was a master carpenter) that had a shine like gemstone. I took the plunge and ordered it on their website. I had made a follow up call to check on the status, thinking that something this delicate would take forever to ship, but the office manager told it was already en route and gave me a shipping number for tracking, and sure enough, got here in a couple of days.
