They showed up shortly after 6pm, diagnosed my appliances, said he'd call back and I never heard another word from the tech. or the home office. I called & left messages and texted these people and no one ever responded back to me. I've never been treated so poorly by any company. Now that I've wasted nearly 4 weeks, I'm starting over with a different company. Worst ever, they should be ashamed of themselves!!

I got a text from this company over a week later, setting up an appointment for mid-December. Tech should up a full 15 days after I put in the request. In the meantime, I had to get a working fridge. Tech had the customer service skills of a goat. He complained that we moved the fridge into our garage. I guess I was supposed to leave it in the house and allow the food to spoil. He "diagnosed" the fridge and was getting ready to leave. He wasn't going tell anyone what was wrong (even though he had my phone number). One of my family members drove up and asked about the fridge. He stated "compressor's out" and left. Didn't provide any information to the home warranty company until I called them up and they had to push Coastline for the diagnosis. Basically, NO customer service skills and very late follow up. Showed up, couldn't fix the problem and got paid anyway.

In August I got an error message on my 3-month-old dishwasher. I called them and they said they would call GE warranty. A week later I called them back and they said they were waiting for a call back from GE. This should have been my warning not to have them for my repair, Rather than following up, they were waiting for a call. I did their job and I called GE and set up the details. I also should have known that their web site has not been updated since 2020 in this electronic day and age. Under warranty they came out and the parts were ordered. This trip was supposed to be paid by GE warranty Second trip they came out and found no electricity to the unit. They told me to call an electrician. I paid over 100.00 to find out that the electricity was from a wire in the dishwasher and the electrician did not fix dishwashers. L and W came back out and discovered what he said was a rat chewed wire. He did not install the parts and warranties do not cover what they call infestations. The warranty was void and I was sent a text asking for over 400.00 for parts. I paid that without question that but never got an invoice or actual bill for that. I was also not told that there would be labor charges to come. It is on the invoice dated sept 3 that I just got. I paid 200.00 to have my house treated for rats. I believe L and w came out a total of 6 times, one with the wrong parts and one when the repairman said a whole part was missing. He then discovered the part was actually there but he just couldn't find it at first. Each time there was another instance of rat damage. My pest control guy said that it looks like old damage. I then get a text 3 months later that says I now owe 611.00 for labor fees. Each trip took him less than 15 minutes and no parts were installed. I texted them to send me some sort of invoice and to tell me what they charge for a service call . I got the invoice dated sept 2. I t showed 4 service calls and a charge of 611.00 for labor but just a total not a break down. . Again, I got this invoice only when I requested it and no explanation of why I did not get it before and how much a service call is. A reputable dealer at some point would have said it is costing too much to repair and you shouldn't do it. Instead I still don't have my dishwasher repaired and the total bill so far is 1004.00. There would now be another service call (and I am sure they would find more damage) and they probably would find more parts needed. I was never told about the service calls and labor fees until a text and the sept 3 invoice sent December 3 months later. I still don't know how much a service call in but I suspect over 100.00. So total for a cheap dishwasher is 1004 to l and w. 100 electrician, 200.00 pest control so a total of 1300 and probably hundreds more for many more service calls. I see 2 other yelp reviews saying the same thing.

It has been 1 month and 1/2 since they came out to look at our washer, and still our washer has not been fixed!!! They charged us $445.00 up front to order 2 parts plus the charge for the labor and still they have been unable to fix it.. This company is the most unprofessional and incompetent we have ever had the experience of dealing with. Now we keep calling them to ask for our refund since what they thought was wrong with our washer was incorrect and still cant get them to refund us our money. I put a call a day ago to speak to the supervisor and still waiting for them to call me back. Beware don't ever use this company, they don't know what they are doing and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced....

They sent two men out…read moreand said they could service it and make it work. it worked for a couple of weeks and then stopped working. I contacted them and they ordered a new icemaker and sent me a written quote for its installation. I also had to pay $169 upfront for the icemaker. One hour before they were to arrive, they called and said they had made a mistake and it wasn't going to be a $50 install but a $225 install. Of that amount it had to be paid before they would install it. this is after we had already paid them over $200 to service the existing icemaker. We debated the issue and they would not change their mind. One of the technicians hung his over our bar top and mysteriously my 45 year pin for the Masonic Lodge, a commemorative pocket knife, came up missing. The knife stays in the exact same place every time it is not in use The technicians left after they demanded that we pay cash only. The technicians left the new icemaker and we had a reputable company come out yesterday and said the unit had not been serviced correctly and that there was a burned connector which should have been easily noticed if it had been serviced properly We have left multiple messages for the American Appliance Repair to call us back, but they have failed to do so I would not recommend this company to anyone they advertise this company as a Christian philosophy, but that is far from the truth

I called back on March 10 early in the am to report that my awning was not working (motor was out). Also my ac thermostat was acting up and wanted my awning lights looked at and replace with new ones that I had bought. I have Good Sams warranty, we told Happy Trails that if it took us paying for the awning to get fixed we would and would deal with Good Sams later. My husband was having knee surgery on March 14 and we would not be back down to Rockport until about the middle of April. We went down on April 13 and nothing was fix, we called and was told that they had been waiting on Good Sams to authorize the parts and labor (when I spoke to Good Sams this was done on April 10, at 10:51 am and oh by the way FIRST TIME GOOD SAMS WAS CONTACTED ABOUT THIS WAS ON APRIL 10 AT 10:49 AM). Good Sams said that they were told that the freight was going to be 19.54 and they approved that amount but Happy Trails charged us 39.03. I know it's 19.54 difference and I am not worried about the money but it's the principal of matter. WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT DEAL WITH WILLIAM HE IS A LIAR AND ONE MORE THING THIS IS THE STAW THAT BROKE THE CAMELS BACK THEY LEFT THE KEY IN OUR 5TH WHEEL TRAILER DOOR AND LEFT IT UNLOCK. One last thing that I was not going to mention but I will now, when the key was left in the door, the owner said that sense that was done we would not be charged for the labor for putting up the awning lights, well since putting this on social media (FB and I have taken it down) my husband and I have now received a bill minus the monies that we were over charged for the freight for putting up the lights. So much for this business will never recommend or use this business even if it's the last RV repair place in the world. And yes we paid the bill we are honest people not like this business.

Or it will air lock and shut down all gas run appliances. After the repairman told me this he said that's alright this is a common problem we have.Next day sweet William called and said it would be $150.00.My point is check to make sure that you are not airlocked and will save you $150.00
