So they were one of a couple of companies we contacted for an estimate. Pickle Iron was the most competitive. Mel in the office and John overseeing all the projects are both great and easy to work with. We were not exactly sure what style we wanted so we looked at the options on their website. I had a friend show me pictures of his fence, I texted it to Mel and they said they can make pretty much anything you want if it is wrought iron. The guys showed up and pretty much knocked it out in two days. Very happy with it, their attention to detail is amazing. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a wrought iron fence.

He called less then 48 hours to change initial date of installation after I had adjusted my schedule to be at home. He then moved it to a new day of installation. On the day of installation, he arrives at 12:20, states he has bad news and he made an error on pricing and will not install at his quoted price. I told him that the price (which was not cheap) is a legal binding contract. He asked what did that mean. I stated this contract will hold up in court. He stated, if you want to go to court we will, but I'm not installing base on that price. I do have the increased price. I stated again, this is the price we agreed. He stated, Im not going to install base on that price and I have the items ready to install in my vechile. I have the new price. Aghast, I shut my door. I truly believe he wouldn't have had this conversation if he had been corresponding with a male. Base on the look of his solo young helper's face, I do not believe this is the first time this has occurred.
