But, I know there is no physician with her expertise along with her professionalism combined any where else locally to be found. The drive is definitely long, and at times painful along with uncomfortable due to my conditions. I've never found many physician's as Dr Lee-Sigler who go over your diagnosis and treatment plan as she. I've had other issues that were not within her field and recommended me to colleagues who were outstanding. Dr Wolfe was outstanding regarding my knee issue. Dr Saenz did an outstanding surgery on the wrist I broke. This establishment from the time you walk through the door, escorted to the doctor, seeing the doctor, getting X-ray, and checking out is extremely pleasant. The wait time very minimal from the waiting room to seeing the doctor. Since my time with this establishment I've never been under their roof over an hour...! PS: Dr Lee-Sigler personal assistant is a dream.

My interactions with Shawna the physical therapist and PT assistants were fantastic…read more My experience with Pittman Physical Therapy has led me to believe that they are not a financially trustworthy organization. On my first day of physical therapy, the lady at the front desk told me that she had looked up my insurance and that I hadn't met my deductible yet. I was informed that I would be charged $140 for the first visit and $100 for each of the following visit 7 visits. I was asked to sign some documentation that this billing information was correct and that I was responsible for looking up and confirming my insurance status. In the moment, this seemed wildly expensive and not correct, but I handed her my HSA card and paid for the first visit. The next day I was able to get in contact with my insurance company. They informed me that a claim had not been filed yet and that I did not have a deductible for physical therapy, but a co-pay. This information left me perplexed as it countered what I was told by the physical therapy office. I called and spoke with the front desk lady who had given me the initial wrong information. She told me that she had consulted with a generic website that showed her my insurance information. I asked her how she "knew" that my deductible was not met yet and her response deflected the question. I informed her that I did not have a deductible, but a co-pay, and again asked her about how she knew my deductible hadn't been met. She deflected again. I told her it felt like she had lied to me about my insurance information and she got very defensive saying, "I'm just a human and we all make mistakes." In my personal opinion, a mistake would have been just telling someone the wrong information, but to make up information and tell it to someone (and have greater financial gain) is frankly dishonest. At my next visit she had me sign a new financial agreement with the correct numbers on them. At my following visit, I asked the front desk lady for an itemized receipt of my first few visits (to give to my HSA). She snapped, I can't get that for you right now. However, by the time I finished the appointment she had provided me with an itemized receipt. On the day of my last visit, the front desk lady told me, "if we owe you anything, you'll get a check in the mail." A few days after my last visit I had the opportunity to leave an internal review of my experience. I was honest and fair in my review. I received a phone call that afternoon from someone within the company; he heard me out. However, before he finished the call, he asked me if there was anything he could do for me. I asked him to find out if I owed any money or was going to receive a check in return. He said he would let me know. It has now been over a month and I have not heard from Pittman physical therapy. My interactions with everyone, but the physical therapist and PT assistants, have been repeatedly unprofessional and suspicious and really make me have a hard time trusting Pittman Physical Therapy. I can't imagine I'm the only one this sort of behavior is happening with. I won't go back, nor do I recommend them.

Dr's Dockery and Campion are The first Dr's I have been to in the last 5 years of seeking help for…read moremy lower back and leg pain to tell me I'm Not crazy. My pain is real and they were going to find the answers. I just had my second surgery and am finally founding relief from all my leg pain. While I was in recovery, I experienced what was thought to be a side effect from anesthesia, Dr Campion came over to check it out and kept me longer to make sure it was subsiding. Some of the office staff leave something to be desired, but I find that at most clinics in Memphis. This does need to be addressed as they are the front line of the patient experience.

I've just had one session so far - so I'd like to update this after the end of our sessions - but I am so impressed with Anna! You can tell she cares a great deal about her patients and about her line of work. I felt like "man, I am in the right place." PT work is difficult because you are retraining your body to do stuff it should be doing. FRUSTRATING! But Anna breaks it down into bite-sized pieces that you can manage. Thank. God. For. That!!!!
