Jessie is the manager still I think as of 11-23-24, and been there awhile so knows all answers, and is a nice young man. On most trips, there is at least one employee out ON THE FLOOR for you to track down and ask for assistance with something. They're happy to help and act like it, which is a real departure from many shopping experiences today in most stores. They have items you'd expect at a TSC and maybe more, but it's NOT Menards, Home Depot, etc with 240,000 square feet of store. This also means you can get in, get your stuff, and be on your way in no time. When in doubt they carry an item, SIMPLE, I just go to their nicely functional web site. Use proper search terms, and if that doesn't find it, just take a second and browse through the product types you would think your item might be in, and some times they got it, and your search term just didn't grab it. No biggie. You can always call them too and ask a human. They got em! :)

I entered the store with an unloaded shotgun since they are listed in Google as a gun repair shop. I was approached at the door in a very flipped manner. When I inquired about a gunsmith to repair the firearm I was met in a very hostile manner telling me that we don't have those parts here and we don't service guns. Not really sure if it had anything to do with the color of my skin but I'm not ruining it out. I will never step foot in that story again.

Another was ordered promptly but again the manufacture must have had a problem with this model. I switched to another brand that they sold and am completely satisfied with the unit. What I was most impressed with was the great communication and service I received from this company. I felt like I was not just a customer but a personal friend the way they treated me. Monica was a stand out and I would purchase again from them in a heartbeat. Bottom line they carry many top brands and the service is second to none.

When the last one broke the owner "Sheila" told me it wasn't her problem and to call GE. She was very hostile and hung up on me like a child. Unfortunately we had to get our builder involved who then forced them to give us our money back, because even they knew Harmon was ripping us off. We are ideal customers. We paid for everything in cash and made our home accessible to them to come and go when they needed to come in and fix/pick up the fridges. They made us late for work, and miss appointments because of not showing up at the times they told us they'd be there. We dealt with many people while building our home and not one treated us the way Harman did. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! Beware all buyers, go elsewhere!

We came in here, got exactly what we were looking for, a galvanized metal bucket, and also we walked around looking at all kinds of other things that we didn't need at the moment. We have been members 8+ years and loved it when they recently built a new location 10 minutes from our home. We were originally drawn to Costco for their discounted gas prices that save us .04-.08 per gallon and of course the discounted meat and produce. This week we ordered a new LG washer, dryer, pedestals and dish washer from Costco and we were very impressed by the communication, delivery team, and installation. Delivery, installation and haul away was included in their price as was the hoses and materials needed to get everything up and running. We have never experienced such a smooth install--they were there when they said they would be and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. We will not hesitate to recommend Costco for appliance purchases and will put them at the top of our list when purchasing future appliances. One consideration is that appliances are ordered on line so the purchaser will need to be comfortable with online purchases. We went to the store and they were very helpful walking us thru the process and showing us the features and sale price bundles. Costco is more than discounted fuel and groceries!

A $20 gift that friends spent good money on! When a shop changes owners I would think a list of outstanding certificates would be in a data base and transferred in the sale of shop! Shop did not change name! I spent over $40 this day! I will NOT buy gift certificates again! I will not shop this quilt shop again!
