This last time, I asked if they still had the guy in Battle Creek sharpening them and was told "we never send them out, we sharpen them here at the store". The kid at the front counter also didn't want me talking to the guy at the back counter because 'he is busy'. I put my name, phone number, and how many chains I was dropping off on a tag and the kid wrapped the tag around the chains. After about 3 weeks I finally called to see what was going on, yup, my chains were done. No one EVER calls back. I'll be taking my chains to Bomgaars for sharpening from now one. This whole town sucks. Ace just adds to the pile of crap that this town consists of.
