Despite the fact that I attempted to reschedule the day of over the phone but no one would answer the phone. This is very disappointing behavior from a medical office, I understand policies should be followed but I am a brand new patient and was unaware my insurance at the time was practically worthless. Front desk said they would call and let me know if I would be accepted back but at this point I don't want to be a patient of such an inconsiderate office. What if I was in a true emergency that I couldn't attend or had no chance to call and reschedule? Would you discard your patients so easily? Shame on you! Do not recommend.

Love the fact that they look at the whole picture and not just how fast they can get you in and out with a bunch of prescriptions. Over the last number of years I've been much more in tune with my health and having a functional medical doctor is super important to me. Love the fact that we have such a great resource so close. They also assist with hormone and thyroid medical problems. Definitely check them out to see if they are a good fit for you. I've already recommended them to my hair stylist, parents, spouse and neighbors!

The procedure was not done properly so I took my son back to the clinic to get it fixed or at least checked but was told by their office that in order to be seen, I would have to pay the full visit amount, then if the procedure had to be redone, I would be responsible to pay for that as well. No discounts, no refunds what so ever. I had just paid them full price for the procedure just the previous week and now they wanted me to pay again even though it was clearly their PA's mistake.

There are times when it takes a bit of time till they pick up the phone or arrange a referral, but they always come through. When it comes to appointment, i have always been able to get a same day appointment.
