The first night (because we returned the next night) we got the Tin Lizzy. Vanilla ice cream witn butterscotch and toffee pieces. Phenomenal! Rich but not too rich, creamy, a great mix of flavors. If you like butterscotch and toffee this is a must have. Sorry no pic. The second night we got the coffee chip. While the Tin Lizzy was superior this was also delicious. PB maybe? Shame on me for not getting the name of the exact flavor. One of the young ladies behind the counter recommended it and she did good because it was delicious. Two of my friends bought the small $15 packages of sharp cheddar. I tasted it and it was so pungent, very strong and bitter. I was embarrassed that I recommended it. Just know that the extra sharp is a whole different flavor profile than the big blocks of regular cheddar and the person at the register should say this is strong, bitter and pungent instead of saying "have you ever had sharp cheddar before." A little forewarning for those that don't realize.
