Delicious and innovative dessert! I'm from LA and have had a lot of Paletas. I've had plenty of house made unique flavors with chunks of fruit or candy in them but never with build your own toppings! The store is laid out like a froyo shop. You select a base paleta (popsicle) with vanilla, taro, pistachio... Then you select a coating that they dip your paleta into, white chocolate, milk chocolate... Then they sprinkle on the topping of your choice, which includes the kinds of things you normally see at a frozen yogurt shop. A side note, they offer paletas wrapped in waffle cone. I assumed these would be chewy and soggy like the old drumstick ice cream cones I used to eat when I was a kid from the gas station. My wife loves waffle cones so she gave it a shot and we were both shocked that it had a nice flavor and was pretty crispy. I was very impressed that they figured out how to keep the cone tasting good. I came here a few months ago driving through town and loved it so much that the next time I was driving through I brought my wife and tried it again! We all loved it! read more

This place was fun! I love the idea and concept. Pick it, dip it, top it. You get to choose which flavor ice cream bar and decide if you want to dip it and top it, just dip it, or eat it plain. My daughter and I shared fruity pebbles ice cream dipped in milk chocolate and topped with fruity pebbles. My sister got the mango sorbet dipped in dark chocolate and topped with peanuts. My mom got orange creamsicle dipped in dark chocolate and topped with Nila wafers and graham crackers. They were all delicious! They each had strong flavors, especially the orange creamsicle. They were great sizes and had many options to choose from. There isn't much seating, only one bench inside and then a few benches along Main Street you could sit on. read more

I became quickly obsessed with these guys after trying a Dole Whip bar dipped in white chocolate and covered in coconut. Always tasty and consistent. (I won't mention though that I figured out how to make these at home because we live in Mesquite and I can't keep driving up to get one!) I always look for the next awesome twist someone has and this is it. Probably the best ice cream bar I have ever had. "Who goes out for dessert and gets ice cream on a stick?" This family now. We WILL be back to try other flavors, but I will definitely be getting the S'mores again. The toasted marshmallow on the s'mores bar was AMAZING: flavor, texture, and cold ice cream. The team working there was friendly, suggestive, fast, and helpful. I was worried that the bar would melt before eating, but they are so cold, they hold their integrity till the last bite. OMG we were so impressed with this place we went straight to Google and looked at franchise options to bring to our hometown. Love the options, the taste, the vibe, the efficiency, the price!!! I am obsessed with this place! You pick your flavor of paleta (there are at least 15 different choices), then choose your toppings (chocolate shell, dried coconut, cereal, candies, etc). The paletas are so refreshing--the perfect dessert if you're kinda full from dinner but still want a sweet treat. The ice cream bars here are so delicious and fresh! The toppings that you have to choose from make the popsicles extra delicious and special. They are so pretty when dipped that it's hard to eat them because you don't want to mess them up. But of course that only lasted for a few minutes and I sate the whole thing! read more

Yes! This place is both a bit of a novelty, but also delicious! I did a strawberry crunch paleta and it was great. The graham cracker crumbles mixed with the caramel syrup and strawberry pop was a great combination. You can do a pre-created paleta (like the one I did) or experiment and try different combinations. These are not the overly frozen creamsicles you're used to from the local ice cream man. These are full of flavor, perfect textures, beautiful vibrant colors. This is definitely a fun place to come when in St George. It's in a great location, right on Main Street next to a lot of restaurants. We went on a Saturday night at about 5pm and we were the only people in there. They had a great variety of flavors! I got the coconut dipped in milk chocolate with almonds. It was delicious. They are definitely filling. My husband got just plain vanilla and he said it was really good. It is on the pricier side. It was over $15 for 2 and one was just plain. I've been seeing more and more paleta places popping up and have been trying to get in one and this was my first. It was exactly what I was expecting, and that's a good thing. Essentially, you get to choose from a group of fresh and group of creamy bars... then you can have dipped in milk, dark or cookie butter... and then you can top with a ton of options.. health bar, sprinkles, graham cracker, etc. I got a salted Carmel bar, dipped with chocolate and topped with Heath bar. It was delicious. Very rich and held together nicely. I couldn't eat the entire thing but most of it. Kids got coconut with chocolate and blue raspberry with fruity pebbles. They had no complaints.
