All 3 of the others were more hasty, nodding their heads, taking measurements, and leaving me feeling like they didn't fully listen/embrace the project. I felt a sense of trust with Cesar. Fast forward to the end of the project and he and his team did the most amazing job. Detail oriented, checking in with me regularly to make sure things were meeting my expectations. Did some work for us reasonably priced and 0 issues, couldn't fix everything and adjusted the bill…read more0 complaints. However, they then turned up in winter to 'blow out' our sprinklers. Turned up, did it and charged us $150. What was worse is they texted me before asking me if i wanted this, I said no. They then texted again I said no. I then called them and made sure they wouldn't come, woman said they wouldn't. then they turn up and blow them out and charge us. I disputed this and her response was 'well when you use us you sign up to a contract for this service'. I asked for the contract they could not provide it, I have never signed a contract with them. I credit card disputed and got the money back - really shady practices stay away.
