I found Sugar Spice as a recommendation on the Knott (even though I actually did my wedding planning on Wedding Wire). I reached out to her, filled out her questionnaire, and she got in touch with me quickly! I got a call on my phone and only a few minutes in, I was sold that she was the one that had to do my makeup. By this time I had a couple backup options but I selected Anita out of the few. She paid attention to what I wanted, she's easy to talk to, and she made me feel comfortable. My one constructive criticism is that I wish there was better time management. My hair gal took a little longer than expected (not Anita's fault) but later on, I realized that maybe during this time Anita could have done my tattoo coverage or the groom hair styling while I was getting my hair done (this was going to be a bonus anyway and he didn't even need any hair styling he's just so handsome). It was nice that when I was done with hair, she had a cute set up for me in the corner and brought her dad to photograph the process too!
