I had a long compound gutter that needed replacing on my rental house due to age. I got 2 quotes and decided to use Mendoza Gutters to do the work. Roberto (owner) met me onsite and gave me a quote that was quite a bit lower then his competitor. I liked Roberto and asked him when the work could be done. He was able to send a crew a week later. I am thankful because the rain season is coming soon and Roberto said they were extremely busy. The next week his crew showed up early and removed the old gutters. They replaced some of my facia board that had rotted. Their big truck rolled out the new gutter sections. His skilled crew installed the gutters with screws instead of using old school nails. The crew were very professional with their work and cleaned up the mess after. They left the work area spotless and hauled away all the garbage. I am very happy I used Mendoza gutters. We purchased our home a little over a year ago and has had several issues with several things. These issues have brought us into close contact with numerous private and commercial contractors. We had about two other gutter quotes before we called Mendoza, and we were pleased and impressed right from the get-go. His initial visit was extremely professional and very informative, he easily pointed out the known issues that we had and showed us a couple of other potential problems that were present. The color pretty impressive , we picked the bronze color hoping it would complement the house. He didn't try upselling us, and was informative on the materials and how they weathered. There was an initial misstep on the color, but they promptly fixed it and the installation was done in a matter of a couple of hours. The house looks absolutely amazing, the pricing was extremely reasonable, and the quality is better than expected. They did a fabulous job, high quality and really makes the house pop from the curb. Called Mendoza Gutters during the heavy rain week. They scheduled for Tuesday visit. I was at work during Tuesday, they stopped by and gave me a quote via phone. I had already went back and forth between Lowes and Home Depot to try to install the downspouts myself. After a couple of trips with the wrong size pipes, I bought the pipes that were thought to fit by some other contractors at Lowe's. Went home to find out I was missing the bracket install pieces and caulk and even then not fully confident I knew what I was doing. Finally caved in and called Mendoza gutters. I found Mendoza on Home Advisor, along with two other contractors; but I chose Mendoza, not because his bid was less ( it was actually the most), but because he conducted his review of the job in a very professional and well informed understanding of the work involved, including pointing out that the facia boards be trimmed so the new gutters could be extended to capture the rain run-off and prevent further rot to the facia boards. The recent rain has proven the point! I found Mr. Mendoza to be very friendly, personable and professional. I am very satisfied with the completed work and highly recommend hiring this contractor. I just had mendoza gutters out today. These guys were amazing. First they were on time. They took care of everything with respect and care fixing everything that I needed installed the new gutter and down spouts. Then cleaned up after themselves like you would have never know they were here. Now I had 5 different companies out to my home and all the others wanted to charge me a minimum charge for what they were asked to do. Really nice guys and value is good. We had them clear the gutters , and they did a great job and even showed photos of before and after. Sounds like the gutter cleaning doesn't specifically include cleaning out the drain pipes. Docked 1 star because I asked if they could look at the clogged drains to see if they could be unclogged and they must have forgot to take a look. I also asked for a quote for new gutters and they said they would get back to me , but I never ended up getting a quote from them. It does seem like their quotes are cheaper than other in the area looking at other reviews written on them. One other critique is that the day they came was 2 days later than the time we initially agreed on... which isn't huge deal, but it would have not been as convenient if I had asked them to come for an urgent reason. However, the process of payment was easy and you don't have to actually be home for them to clean your gutters. Overall 3 stars, small business and super nice team, but could improve on their timeliness and follow up. read more

This is late in coming, but in Aug 22, they squeezed me in their schedule for some gutter work on my office in Fircrest, WA. They showed up and were efficient and did an excellent job and cleaned up as if they were never there. They took some of the old gutters I took down myself and took them away also. Gutters look great and did an excellent job with all of the rain and look great. Absolutely call them if you need gutters. read more
