I saw that our roof needed cleaning. Looked on Yelp for someone to do the job. Found Pro Cleaning Seattle as they had 5 stars. I hired them to clean my roof and gutters. The next day I saw their was still moss on the roof. They told me I didn't pay for moss removal. Fair enough. I went up there and got the moss off on my own. How would I know that moss removal is an additional price on top of cleaning? Why would anyone ever KEEP moss on their roof during a cleaning? If the job was done right, I should been told that I should remove moss as well, in which they could have told me prior to the cleaning. Good to know now that I will always need to ask the company if moss removal is included. So I paid $350 for gutter and blowing off debris. And then it would have been an other $300 for moss removal - just fyi. read more

We recently purchased a home which had gutters that had not been cleaned out in over a year (possibly two). We had some gutters that were overflowing with water during the fall rains. I called a few places and Pro Cleaning Seattle was very fast to respond and with a reasonable quote. They came out and cleaned all the gutters and a few completely clogged downspouts. I think the roof height (as we are on a hill) was a bit more than they anticipated but they did a superb job! Two downspouts were completely clogged, and they disassembled, removed the clogs, and reassembled and flushed. I don't have any pictures of the gutters pre-cleaning as I was unable to get on the roof, but I have provided some pictures of the rear gutters post-cleaning and some of the washout caused by the previously clogged downspouts. I should have wrote this review weeks ago, as Pro Cleaning did such a great job on our roof and gutters. We had about 4 years worth of moss build up that we kept saying we would do "next year," and never got around to it. It finally got to the point where we couldn't ignore it anymore and I found Pro Cleaning on Yelp. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following weekend, and our roof was de-mossed and our gutters were cleaned in a matter of hours. I really should have taken before and after photos, but I dropped the ball. Needless to say, our roof was a completely different color from when they started. The photo posted is from 3-4 weeks after the cleaning, but since we haven't had any rain, you can still see the powder solution they put on following the cleaning to help make sure moss doesn't grow back as quickly.
