He power washed my driveway, stepping stones, brick and cement patio and over 40 steps up to the house. He carefully moved heavy furniture and a multitude of potted plants. While I do not like posting negative reviews, I think this case warrants it. I have collected several bids and chose Rusky's Powerwashing for the best availability and cost. They scheduled the power washing service and I thought it would be the end of it. On the morning of the appointment day the guy called me and said they could not do it because all their equipment froze overnight. Things happen. I asked him to reschedule to a different day of the same week and he assured me that it would be done. On the second rescheduled day the guy called me again and said that he could not do it because his car broke. At this point I was done using his business. An entire week of time was wasted waiting for Rusky's Powerwashing to do the job, guests were asked to move their cars off the parking lot multiple times and all of this for nothing.
