They are very busy so I knew to follow up with them if I needed them to come out to service my washer that I had previously. Friendly and I never had any problems or complaints. I have bought washer's from Mendoza's for a few years now and I have had horrible luck with them. In the last 3 years I have had 3 washers and each one has went out and I have paid for them to come out and get fixed at my expense. On the last one I immediately started hearing sounds and I even called them and when they came out they said it was just the motor changing gears. One month after my warranty ends the washer goes out. I tried talking with the owner to explain my frustration and he immediately got defensive and asked me "why do you buy the washers then"! I urge anyone who is thinking about getting any appliances from these guys to not do it, it was the worst service I have EVER gotten and now have paid more than what a new washer would have cost. read more

Well I know if you are going to buy parts for your washer and dryer than its ok to go here, I would not give stars for buying a washer n dryer, I have fam member who bought a washer n dryer 4 months ago and well the dryer is already messed up and the washer is getting there, I have a washer and dryer I purchased 13 years ago from another store and the things that have needed to be fixed after 11 years are happening to the washer and dryer that were purchased 4 months ago and Mendozas said they would come fix them but NOT come check them and tell us what needs to be fixed first! REALLY!!!! FIGURES the warranty was only for 3 months....HAHAHAHA Well guess I will never recommend this place to anyone ever. read more

So, my grandmother is living in the house I own in Yuma. She called these guys to come and repair the dishwasher without me knowing.. kinda like she was helping me out, so I didn't have to worry about it. Anyway it turns out they came out evaluated it and needed to order a part. So a week later when it arrives they came and put it in and wallla it doesn't work..... still. So then it needs another part, but this time they want to take it to their shop so when the part comes it can be repaired there. Well after a week or so, when the part comes in, they call us and tell us our washer has been stolen from their yard. I say "Ok what are we going to do" the owner tells me it was there responsibility and they will pay the money back we paid so far ($300) and then some money to replace the washer... or we could get a washer from them. I know that the washer they would want to give us would be minimal cost to them so the hit would not be so bad. So I tell him the money please. He asks for a number and I ask him what he thinks the washer is worth. He says no no please tell me a number... so we agree on 300 bucks. he then says he will bring part of the money the next Tuesday and the rest in another week. So he drops off 300 bucks on that following Tuesday. I have been very understanding up to this point, he even told me his business was slow and Christmas was hard and asked if I could wait 15 days into January. Of course I agreed. Now I have been in talks with him now for over three months to get the rest of the money. I even went so far as to go down to his office to speak with his son and see if I could get it resolved that way. This week, I have spoken with him 4 times he was supposed to drop it off Monday then and on Monday he said Thursday... on Thursday he said Friday and today he now says next Tuesday. I am fed up with this runaround. First off I HATE being stood up for an appointment. I have things to do, and what my time isn't worth anything? Literally this is the 10th time I have set up an appointment with him to come drop off the money. I am hoping to resolve this next Tuesday. I will never use this company again and I will tell everyone that will listen how terrible they are. At the very least I will cost them some business for sure. My whole family (6 households in Yuma) used to use them and now they will be looking elsewhere. If I could give this 0 stars I would. read more

Fast and friendly! Definitely recommend them. Compared to other places in town they are reasonably priced.
