Project Details: Single-color Embroidery on Polo shirts…read more TLDR: Things started great, but deadlines kept getting pushed back and ultimately the finished products were not of professional quality. I really wanted to find my go-to spot for all my merch needs because I have multiple clients/vendors with year-round requests, and I was delighted to meet Kolton as he was very knowledgeable and energetic when I first met him in the shop. He helped me source the type of shirts I wanted, even ordering samples for me to check out in-person, and I was pleased with his pricing as well. I could not have asked for a better start. Unfortunately, as you may have guessed from my rating, things started to go downhill once it was time for production. The common theme was inconsistency: 1) Communication was random -- via calls, texts, and voice messages, it was difficult to find out the status of my order. Twice I even drove to the shop before their closing hours so that I could find out in the flesh, but on both occasions the store closed early without any notice. 2) Deadline was delayed multiple times -- Kolton had informed me that he would be going out of town but ensured me that my order would be completed before he left. When the planned date of completion had come, I hadn't heard from him all day so I called near end of day to ask for a status update; he asked if he could get the order completed after his vacation because he didn't have enough time. Even though this was upsetting, I told him it was fine - we've all been there with deadlines, so I gave him another chance. Fast forward to his return from vacation, my order was still not done until a week after it was promised it would be completed. 3) Finished product was not professional quality -- I had ordered a simple single-color embroidery on polo shirts, and I was shocked to see the inconsistent stitching from one shirt to the next for nearly every single shirt. I figured with all the time that was spent on the job, that the shirts would come out amazing... but it looked as if he rushed throughout the entire process. They did not look the same as the initial sample shirts that were shown to me at the beginning of the project, so I felt misled. From seeing the majority of positive reviews for this shop, I am very confused as to why my own experience was much different even though I was respectful, remained patient, and the complexity of my request was quite standard and simple.

A balance of 24.00 is required for taxes. I will send your receipt via email. The shirts will be delivered by 10am tomorrow. " after receiving that text i asked him again if i can stop by to look at the progress and also asked him why he had never mentioned anything about tax before, and trust me i get it everything is taxed now a days but every other business that i deal with gave me the price and also let me know what the tax was gunna be on top of the service. After me asking that question he decided to call me and began yelling at me about how he gave me the best price and the he didn't charge me for the shirts or charge me extra for needing them asap that it was $12 for the print only and that i assumed that it was gunna be $240 that he never gave me that number and was just yelling at me going back and forth all i asked him was why he didn't discuss the $24 for tax from the beginning or when he came and pick up the money nothing more, i went back and forth with him for almost 30 minutes he was gaslighting me telling me that i was broke and a bunch of other stuff, i kept telling him that it was just a question and let him know that i didn't want to continue arguing with him because i needed to go into work and he just had to keep going to have the last word, i decided to let him know that i was not gunna continue having this conversation with him and that i would go and pick up the shirts myself with the $24 in hand and decided to hang up, then he texted me to make sure i have exactly $24 because he didn't have change. I said I will thanks . he showed up to my house the next morning on his bike with the shirts in a clear bag wrinkled and yellow like he purposely got the dirtiest shirts available just to get back at me, on top of the shirts being dirty they were also super thin, before handing me the shirts he stuck his hand out for the extra cash and when I handed it to him he shoved the T shirts at me and before I was able to pull out the shirts to check them out he took off on his bike and shouted "just because I'm black doesn't mean I can't get the job done" I then let him know this had Nothing to do with race, SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY and go with someone else instead of express print, very unprofessional and rude behavior, things are already hard when your dealing with the lost of a loved one and having to dealing with situations like this makes things even harder

And people loved them too, so much so I'm in the process of making a second order. I did the digital printing and the turn around was also very quick.
