If i could give 0 stars i would, im not the type to leave reviews but for this one i have to, i reached out to Allan about a quote for 20 shirts for my uncle's funeral service let him know that i was calling around to get the best price and he quoted me for $12 each shirt, gave me the number of $240 , after calling around i decided to go with they're service since i noticed it was a small business and im all for showing support and going with the small business rather than a big company, anyway everything was great let him know i needed them as soon as possible and he said no problem, told me he'd have them ready for the following day, he came by to pick up the money ( i shoulda known something was up because homeboy showed up to my house on his bike ) he took the money and took a picture of me for the receipt and said he would send me a receipt via email which he never did, waited all day for the receipt and when I didn't get it I began to worry thinking I might have gotten scam, the following day I reached out and asked for an update on my shirts and asked if I could stop by to look at the progress, and when he replied he sent me this " T Shirt Update Your order is currently in production and near completion. A balance of 24.00 is required for taxes. I will send your receipt via email. The shirts will be delivered by 10am tomorrow. " after receiving that text i asked him again if i can stop by to look at the progress and also asked him why he had never mentioned anything about tax before, and trust me i get it everything is taxed now a days but every other business that i deal with gave me the price and also let me know what the tax was gunna be on top of the service. After me asking that question he decided to call me and began yelling at me about how he gave me the best price and the he didn't charge me for the shirts or charge me extra for needing them asap that it was $12 for the print only and that i assumed that it was gunna be $240 that he never gave me that number and was just yelling at me going back and forth all i asked him was why he didn't discuss the $24 for tax from the beginning or when he came and pick up the money nothing more, i went back and forth with him for almost 30 minutes he was gaslighting me telling me that i was broke and a bunch of other stuff, i kept telling him that it was just a question and let him know that i didn't want to continue arguing with him because i needed to go into work and he just had to keep going to have the last word, i decided to let him know that i was not gunna continue having this conversation with him and that i would go and pick up the shirts myself with the $24 in hand and decided to hang up, then he texted me to make sure i have exactly $24 because he didn't have change. I said I will thanks . he showed up to my house the next morning on his bike with the shirts in a clear bag wrinkled and yellow like he purposely got the dirtiest shirts available just to get back at me, on top of the shirts being dirty they were also super thin, before handing me the shirts he stuck his hand out for the extra cash and when I handed it to him he shoved the T shirts at me and before I was able to pull out the shirts to check them out he took off on his bike and shouted "just because I'm black doesn't mean I can't get the job done" I then let him know this had Nothing to do with race, SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY and go with someone else instead of express print, very unprofessional and rude behavior, things are already hard when your dealing with the lost of a loved one and having to dealing with situations like this makes things even harder read more

10/10 experience doing business with them. Had to place an order for 16 Memorial shirts to be printed ASAP. Communicated with Allen via phone and text. I was able to get my complicated order in at about 1PM and the shirts were delivered by 7AM the following day. Would give 0 stars if possible. First of all, Alan was unprofessional. I asked about screen print transfers (if they sell them and how much). I order mine online or through Etsy but I'd rather support local for less shipping time issues. Instead of answering immediately with yes or no, he proceeded to asking me if I know what they are. I mentioned that I purchase transfers from multiple small businesses but would prefer something more local, if possible. Then he proceeded to asking for what material. I answered for 100% cotton. I mentioned that I have knowledge of different versions because I've purchased before. Long story short. He kept giving me unnecessary information about getting them from swap meets, asked my info of ETSY, asked how I'm getting them from ETSY for cheaper (I mean, why?) He kept interrupting when I would ask if they sell full color screen prints transfers. Finally, I told him, I know how it works but I just want to know if they do sell the transfers (not done on shirts) and I already have all the knowledge I need, I just don't want to waste my time on the phone. He didn't stop at that and told me "if you know how screen print transfers work, why don't you do it yourself?" That was when I hung up the phone and posted a review that the person I spoke to doesn't listen. There were some reviews of another worker that is positive and I asked him if I could talk to that person (before I hung up) and he said no. After I posted the review, I received a text message from him. Reminder that businesses are not allowed to send you a text message without written consent. I even asked him to stop texting and that he shouldn't be texting me but he proceeded with sending me a picture of my LinkedIn information (as if a threat) and texted, "thanks for your review." Be careful of this person. Answers by the name Alan. Continues to text me after posting review. Very unprofessional. Leave a bad review and they harass you. Yikes. read more

I agree with Chris E. Don't recommend. Hard to get a hold of someone to figure out what's happening with my order. The one time i talked to someone, she explained how the shirt for some reason had to get ordered out of state. It finally came today after 2.5 weeks. Not fast express at all. And it's not even the correct colors of the logos. One shirt logo is too dark and the others are also wrong colors and didn't get rid of some background color of grey around the words even though i did when i created it. This is supposed to be for work. Not sure if i can wear them. I should of went to a swap meat or something else. I can't believe they charged me full price for all of these mistakes. Express Printing is awesome! Had a last minute gift for my niece that I needed to get printed. Every other place I called was either too expensive and gave every excuse not be able to get the job done. I called this place and spoke to Nicole. She gave me instructions on how to expedite my order. This is two days before Christmas. Not only did they complete the order which looked amazing, they delivered it, Christmas eve, late at night! This was by far the best experience I've ever had in my life with making a custom sweatshirt. They extremely friendly, hard working to make sure your expectations are met and amazing at figuring out what I was looking for. They make custom t shirts, sweat shirts and more for amazing price too. The swap meet was going to charge 50 dollars for what I was looking for and it was crappy but this company did everything to help me.
