I needed to have my white coat embroidered with my name and credentials and after looking for a while, I found this place and the reviews were great. I was hesitant to take my white coat just anywhere since it was not a cheap one. At $20 for the embroidery, I figured the work would be great, plus they had great reviews to back them up. I picked it right before closing today and my name definitely was not in a straight line. It slopes at a weird upward angle. I mentioned it to the young man who rang me up, but he didn't really offer a solution. He just gave an excuse about the fabric moving when it was clamped down. Regardless, my coat is nowhere near what I pictured. I'm almost tempted to get a patch with my name to cover it up. It would be nice if it was taken care of by the owner but I am not certain it will be. I definitely do not feel professional while wearing it. I had other items to embroider but I am thinking twice about using this shop. I still gave two stars because the actual embroidery is nice. Worked with these guys a few months ago. I sent them over the card files I wanted printed. We did spot printing and everything it wasn't cheap! They sent me over the file and I imagined it would be the exact same image I sent over (I already had it professionally designed) - then we got the cards and they put the wrong email address! Granted the proof didn't either but like I said I didn't think to even check that because I already sent them the design. - I then called and told them about it and they wouldn't reprint them or any of them and they said maybe they'd give me a 10% discount on a future deal.
