But always believing Jorge would be a man of his word and make things right. my last order he gave me cheap hats that were like double in price for some iron on patches that keep falling off. I needed to have my white coat embroidered with my name and credentials and after looking for a while, I found this place and the reviews were great. I was hesitant to take my white coat just anywhere since it was not a cheap one. At $20 for the embroidery, I figured the work would be great, plus they had great reviews to back them up. I picked it right before closing today and my name definitely was not in a straight line. It slopes at a weird upward angle. I mentioned it to the young man who rang me up, but he didn't really offer a solution. He just gave an excuse about the fabric moving when it was clamped down. Regardless, my coat is nowhere near what I pictured. I'm almost tempted to get a patch with my name to cover it up. It would be nice if it was taken care of by the owner but I am not certain it will be. I definitely do not feel professional while wearing it. I had other items to embroider but I am thinking twice about using this shop. I still gave two stars because the actual embroidery is nice. Worked with these guys a few months ago. I sent them over the card files I wanted printed. We did spot printing and everything it wasn't cheap! They sent me over the file and I imagined it would be the exact same image I sent over (I already had it professionally designed) - then we got the cards and they put the wrong email address! Granted the proof didn't either but like I said I didn't think to even check that because I already sent them the design. - I then called and told them about it and they wouldn't reprint them or any of them and they said maybe they'd give me a 10% discount on a future deal. The best costumer service I have ever had regarding printing...PERIOD! I had to get some cards made up for my son's wedding just a few days before the big event.
