How do I begin??? Well, Ive been a frequent diner at the times square location for several years. I was so excited when they finally opened a location in NJ. My husband and I immediately scheduled to visit in November just after they opened for our anniversary. The first experience was great. We were bummed that they didn't have mofongo on menu yet, but assured they would by the new year. We returned the weekend of Valentines day. Still no mofongo, but decent service. We again asked the manager(Alex) and he assured us it would be there within a month and gave us his card to check back in with him personally. Moving forward to April..... I tried to contact the store on a Friday to book a party of 9. It was my birthday (and two of my sister in laws) and I wanted to have a good time at a restaurant , I thought I could trust! The gentlemen who answered assured me someone from sales would get back to me. I wasn't sure why I needed to speak to sales, but I trusted him. A week went by and no returned called. So I emailed the company from their website. Still no response. So I called them again and spoke to another manager (Carmine)who finally booked us for 730 on April 9th. WELL!!!! I get a call a few days later and the girl informs me that I cannot have a reservation between 6 and 8 on a weekend. I inform her that the manager made the reservation. After a little back and forth she agreed to keep our reservation. I ask her to have the manager call me again to be sure we wouldn't show up and have a problem. Well, wouldn't you believe I got no response! I know what you're thinking, why didn't I just say forget it and go somewhere else. Like I said before up until this point most of our Havana experiences had been decent. Finally a week goes by and I get a call from a woman named Rosalyn. Apparently she is the general manager. She assured me all was set, but did not apologize!!! So, here we are April 9th. We arrive early to be sure all is well. They make us wait for our entire party to arrive and then they seat us. Well, they try to shove 9 of us in a booth. Not going to work. I complain to the waiter that this is way too tight. He gets "Rosalyn" who again with no apology moves us to a bigger table. Again, she says "we will take good care of you" HA! OK!!! The new waitress informs us that the hostess sat us at the wrong table! OMG! Seriously! Can this get any worse???? YUP!!!!! Ok, so it was busy and the food took forever, but it was overall good! Can't complain about the food. We finally get to dessert and 2 of the 3 children order ice cream. They get the ice cream and my niece decides she wants some too. 6 year olds Well, we wait and wait and wait. Nearly 15 minutes go by and no ice cream. By now everyone else is done dessert and we're so ready to leave! I request a manager and got Carmine, the original manager who booked us at a bad time! He apologizes that they ran out and someone was going to get more. Wait, what!!!!! First of all, why didn't the waitress tell us? Secondly, what????? I confront him for booking us at a bad time and go on to tell him the hell this whole experience has been. At no time does he offer to comp anything or offer any sort of way to show he really cared about us as long time customers of this company. Total disgust! Bet you think I am done, huh??? NOPE!!! So we get the checks and I give them a coupon for my free birthday dinner/dessert and they look at me like I have 3 heads. The manager and waitress act as if they've never seen these before. UMMMM... Ive been receiving them for 5 or 6 years now since Ive been dining at the times square location. No one has ever given me a question about it. They finally accept it and go to adjust a few of our bills for various reasons. I get my bill back and they never removed my dessert. The coupon clearly states dinner and dessert up to $30. So the waitress chases down a manager again to fix my bill...UGH! I email the company again a few days later to address seating us in the wrong place, missing ice cream, and bill issues. NO ONE EVER RESPONDED!!! I did post something a while back on Yelp asking if they were ever getting mofongo and I got a random response last week from "Jeremy M" it said he was the owner??? He says they finally have it! Woohoo! Too bad I wont be going back! I responded to him and asked how to speak with him about issues. NO RESPONSE! Hmmmm!!! Not sure why this location has terrible management. Really puts a sour taste in my mouth whether I will ever go to any of their locations again! We are having a group of people get together for my husbands birthday this weekend, Normally we would go to Havana! Not happening!!! read more

menlo is-- OK. the H&M is kinda small, they lack a forever 21, but they seem to have most stuff! nie banana republic. but u see since the mall is smaller in comparision to other ones, and they have to fit everthing, its a little crammed. some good things are the food court, the nordstrom, and the macy's. those are all really nice :) however i just wish it could be spaced out more... make it more pretty... add a nice water fountain and stuff and more room to stores :) read more

I know its holiday season but maybe the manager should hire people with better attitudes!!!!!!food is not cheap but fake a smile at least. I asked for a manager but it was crazy busy today so I left it alone...will not be back read more

Rainforest Cafe:::: The atmosphere is awesome. The food is horrible, over priced and small portions. Everything seems to be pre-packed frozen crap. I ordered a Ruben with fries and I swear it was a dry as dust. We came with 3 small kids and 2 of the 3 high chairs were broken not to mention filthy. Definitely won't be making a second trip to this place anytime in the future. read more

I'm very upset that you allow one of your vendor work with out a license to repair phones. I had my son go there to do @ Cellairis to get his iPhone 6s repaired the gentleman that was there tired to fix it. Once he had it all apart he told me he could do it cause they don't fix these phones yet. I went to apple and had to get a new phone. Apple tells me this happens all the time and that they are not licensed to fix phone what's so ever read more

Ok fine their mall is nice, but their movie theatre is really annoying and awful! The girl at the ticket counter literally was not letting people in until like 10 mins before the movie started. When I ordered food I waited over an hour for even my water, and soda and the food actually never came out. When we finally complained and had to get up in the middle of the movie to look for A WAITER, not even ours, but anyone for that matter we had three different people come up to us not even remembering our order and when they finally brought it out it was rubbery and cold. Later on they brought out a small kid size popcorn and said they would comp it for our inconvenience. I'm honestly not one to give bad reviews , but i was just so appalled at their lack of service that I had to write how bad it was. Oh and btw if you decide to see a late movie park your car close to the theatre not in the mall section, because you will literally be closed out of the mall and unable to find your car unless you walk on the opposite side. Yes, to top it off this is what happened to me. They dont provide an entranceway back into the mall for those coming from the theatre. Totally inconvenient!!!! I will definitely not be returning anytime soon for their rubbery cold french fries, and BAD service. read more

I really do not understand what it is excellent about this mall. The housekeeping is the worst. The elevators do not work. The escalators usually do not work or being repaired. There is no family restrooms. The restrooms are awfully dirty even they get worse on the weekends. You would have to bring your own soap to wash your hands since they do not care about refilling soaps. Maybe it is because the soap dispensers are NOT working... I do not want to even talk about their heating system in the mall. Because they DO NOT have one... Therefore, you should bring your jacket while talking a walk in this awful shopping center which "some" consider as a high end mall. The management is so stingy that they did not have any decoration during the holiday. As to lighting in this mall, I feel like I should have been nocturnal. Half of the lights either do not work or turned off since the management would like to cut corners. Over all, it has been a bad experience having been in this mall. You'd better off trying another mall!!! read more

I had the worst experience today at this mall. My husband, my two kids, and me went there for shopping today at 3-5 pm. When I was trying on clothes at Gap, my 5 year old daughter told me she has to go to the bathroom. I asked the shop assistance if she could use the bathroom inside the store which was locked at that time. After two minutes, she came back and told me the bathroom is out of order. We were told to use the bathroom in the food court. At this time, it was very difficult for her to hold. We rushed to the food court. The restroom there was locked too. Then someone worked there told us to try the restroom in Chipole. We rushed to Chipole, the restaurant is locked. People inside gave us the sign they are not open. Then she was in more and more pain. We had to ask people and found out only one bathroom at the other end of the mall is open. We went there. She couldn't hold any more. I saw there was a long line waiting in front of the bathroom. So I asked people if she could use first as she was going to get sick. Nice people there let us use the bathroom first. Really appreciate your kindness from a desperate mom. She went but had very bad pain in her belly. I wanted to complain to the mall management about the bathroom situation. But she was in pain so I decided to take her home and let her rest. After we came back, she kept telling she had bad belly pain and she was in tears all the time. Now she is having a high fever and we have to take her to see a doctor tomorrow. I'm never going back to this terrible mall. The management is horrible. read more
