I have NEVER paid for this with my insurance, but yet they are charging me. They took their sweet time getting things done. Was told it would take 20 minutes for the exams and it took closer to an hour making me late for my next task. I WILL NOT be returning as a customer.

He explained everything he was doing and when I was having trouble keeping my eyes open from how bright the lights are he was very nice about letting me close them and open when I was ready. When it was time for me to look for frames he offered to have someone assist me in showing what I can get with my type of insurance and explain all my benefits. I found a pair I really liked that my insurance covered. I sat down with a staff member, I think her name was Angie, she was very nice and explained all my insurance questions to me. She showed me all the different options for my lenses and didn't make me feel like she was trying to upsell me anything. Also when I turned down a few upsellers she was still very polite and I really appreciate that you aren't pressured into buying more than you're wanting to spend. I'm very happy with my choice to come to this office and will absolutely be back!
