I made an honest mistake and showed up for an appointment that wasn't on the books. When I realized my error, I simply asked to quickly schedule a new one. The woman at the desk told me, "Sure, but I need you to step aside so I can check out patients." Excuse me? There were two desk staff members present and only one patient waiting behind me. Instead of the second person helping me or the first person taking thirty seconds to look at a calendar, I was told to move out of the way like I was a disruption. I have never been treated so rudely in all my life. To be told to "step aside" at a business where I am a loyal patient is a slap in the face. They clearly have no regard for patient retention or basic manners. They have officially lost my business permanently. If you want to be respected as a patient, go elsewhere!

Dr. Park, and all of the staff were exceptionally courteous, friendly, and professional. Most importantly, they really care about their patients, and go out of their way to make them relaxed and confident in the care they receive. Great service and very likable people here. The general manager Alissa is a rare combination of down to earth yet professional, which was very refreshing to work with. They were eager to help and didn't make me feel like I was being burdensome despite my peculiar and complicated order. AND they put new temple arm covers on the two pairs of glasses I already owned for free! That was a very nice cherry on top. Had never been here before but will definitely go back. Frame selection is a bit smaller than most other places, at least what was on the wall... that's the only potential downside to this store that I can think of. But hey, then there is less choice-paralysis when there's a more defined selection of frames. I found the ones I wanted, so its got me thinking what's the point of a big selection if it includes a bunch of junk? Most of the frames that were there looked pretty nice to me. I'm a man so I can't speak for their selection of women's frames. Very great place worth checking out!

That was fine but she failed to tell me that if I had this done during my annual exam that the entire visit which is usually covered by insurance would not be covered. I know they give you the statement card before hand stating something like that but the doctor should remind you and have you make a separate visit for that so you aren't stuck with a $400.00 dollar bill. I was also told that while they could not hold the item overnight, it would be fine as long as I arrived before closing to pick it up. I was informed I would need to return the next day at 8:00 a.m. due to safety policies preventing service after closing. However, I then observed another customer being helped and checked out after closing, which made the situation even more frustrating.
