This was my first time having microneedling done, and the aesthetician walked me through it step by step as she was performing the facial. She was very professional and courteous the whole time. It helps if you speak Spanish but they will take care of you just the same if you can't. I like my hair to be off my collar and a bit of a fade in the back. They execute to perfection. There is nothing worse than going someplace and shelling out plenty of money to then have your hair back on our collar the next week. I am always saddened when they take vacation and I get stuck from bad planning having to visit a different salon for a haircut.

I asked for a mid-level, but you always somehow walk out with the high-rise haircut of a tyrant. The staff are in such a rush, the quality isn't always there. Prices keep rising while quality drops. The haircuts are noticeably bad. My coworkers can now identify cuts from this place. Stylist did not ask about satisfaction or let me look over the cut. She rushed me out of her chair before I could even ask.
