Worst experience-worst haircut in my life. Had a 3:00 pm appointment. Arrived at 3. Two hairstylists present. I was told Lynlee would be ready in 10 minutes. At 3:30 another customer comes in and is immediately seated with the other stylist. I asked if I was on candid camera or something? Then Lynlee still has to shampoo and style the first guys hair. He was a decent guy-who paid for my haircut( crazy, because the way Lynlee butchered my hair I would not have paid for it. ) Evidently, she was mad that I didn't like waiting for 45 minutes after my appointment time for my appointment. Lynlee doesn't listen and cannot transfer info from a picture. After not listening and starting to blend the high buzz up another two inches to get rid of the line I asked for, I stopped her and asked her if that is what she was doing. She went ahead and gave me the old Bert and Ernie. Which was probably her plan all along. Then was rude about it. " Maybe you should learn how to ask for what you want!" They charge me $25 instead of the advertised $20 for a simple haircut. All I have done is to shave the sides and back. Not complicated or time consuming and they don't even break out the scissors. Very very poorly run shop!!!! Every time we call to make an appointment the person answering the phone has " no clue" and never can find records of us coming. Her PR skills are horrible- never kind or friendly much less helpful. read more

Made an appointment a week prior for my husband. He went in with a co firmed text messafe just to be told he wasnt in the system because they forgot to put it down and could squeeze him in 30 minutes later....no thank you. A professional business who sends out text reminders should have their stuff together. Clearly the computer is more intelligent than the workers. read more

Yelp needs a zero star option desperately! This place ignores people who check in on line. It says by reservations only but today I was skipped by a walk-in. The stylist I was going to is the daughter of a co-worker. I walked in and they said she was busy and to wait. As I was waiting a walk in came in and as she finished I was ignored. Price is good. Quality of cut is so so. I show picture of what I wanted and got no answer. You could tell she was in a super hurry. I only got 2 questions - which was no common with my style of cut. They have you sign in as you enter but they serve walk ins first. We had an appointment and had been waiting for 20 minutes past our appointment time and they skipped my husband and took the man who had just walked in the door. It's incredibly frustrating that when you set an appointment they will completely look over you and only handle walk ins. super frustratin. they also only sweep the floors every once in a while rather than between every customer so there's always piles of hair everywhere. read more

Great service, Waiting time gave me some quiet, The seats are very comfortable and the barbers are very friendly. It may take a while to get a haircut, but they make sure it's very good quality and mine was perfectly the way I wanted it. Having a conversation with the barber was not so good with me personally because I am a very shy person and I kinda felt bad that I didn't get to interact as much. I think I found myself a new place to get my haircut because I absolutely love my haircut, any appointments I'll make will be a definitely confirm!
