As he walked in he had asked for a LIGHT trim so that his hair was a little more manageable, and out of his eyes. Well, I'm not sure who the lady was but she completely took off 2 inches above his eye brows in a choppy manner and not to mention cut everything else off of the sides. He came in with fluffy thick hair, and walked out with thin, choppy hair. His confidence is completely shattered, and we will be spreading the word. He didnt even want to go there in the first place, but he needed a haircut and couldn't wait. So disappointing; I could've done better.

Upon noticing the confused look on my face she claimed that an 8.5 "is an inch and a half." I figured I was wrong on questioning that, since each number in the scale corresponds to an eighth-inch increase from the last number, but I was right. My hair was definitely cut shorter than 1.5 inches. I guess she figured that an inch and a half meant an inch (an 8) and a half of 1 on the clipper guard scale. Definitely poor quality.
