This place is the most unkept business ever I ordered a tuxedo for my son's wedding was fitted by an associate my jacket came in two sizes to small I was told it could be fixed it was taken to the back room the button was move a quarter of an inch I said no this isn't how you resolve the problem order the right size jacket I returned two days later the day of the wedding the was wrinkled I requested it to be pressed I was told that they didn't press rented suits nor did they have time now this is the day of the wedding 4hrs away so I asked for a refund I left in the dressing room alone walked out again requested a refund that's when Jerrod offered to press the jacket because no one wanted to explain the refund I will never return to Mens Wearhouse nor recommend they're service to anyone I reached out the corporate office by phone and email but have not been notified on any course of action being taken on my behalf read more

Went here today to get my son fitted for aTux for his prom. This place was a mess and the workers were unprepared. They had one woman taking measurements, who clearly didn't know what she was doing. She was so rushful through the process I had to slow her down several times. I wanted someone else to help us but unfortunately no one else was available. The store didn't have several sizes or options of colors available to choose from. I regret spending my money here. More than likely will contact the store to get a refund. read more

My first experience here was pretty good. I was very impressed with the professionalism of all that were there the day I went. They are currently going through some renovations and my salesman even apologized for that. Told him it's fine. Eric was my salesman and was very helpful with the selection of clothing that I purchased. He even watched my 3 year old while I tried on clothes. Caught them on a sale and felt good about my purchase. Got some good pointers and some future recommendations for expanding my wardrobe. Even with the work going on we had no issues migrating the store to look at various pieces of clothing. Overall I was very satisfied with the shopping experience and the selection of clothing. This location was absolutely AWFUL. We came here during the summer to start our package with MWH. The first day I spent almost two hours going over colors, suit styles, etc. The one thing that was not finalized was the color of the tie for the groom as we wanted to make sure it matched the flower girl dress. All the information was filled out and a group code was provided. The next time I came to finalize the color of the tie, no one could find my information . They had me come back to speak with the manager as this is who I worked with the first time. The information was not put in the system so I had to fill out everything again. We finalized the information, the pricing, and made sure everything was in the system. The first groomsmen went up there, and they tried to state that the pricing for his suit and the ring bearers suits were almost $900... I had to call up there and get all the pricing ing fixed again. When he went back there, the pricing was still different, but worked out. The second groomsmen went there and they tried to tell him that they didn't have his information when in fact they did after he spoke with someone else. They never called to tell me the grooms suit was ready we had to call them. The first groomsmen we had to call for him too as they put his name under his son's name causing confusion in the system. The second groomsmen finally received their suit and they did not have him try it on to get it altered so he had to go up there again because whatever they measured was way too big. My dad already had a suit to match but went to buy the same shoes as the rest of the groomsmen. The associate tried selling him a completely different shoe saying the one in the system was not the one that I had on file. So again, I had to call and get everything straightened out to the point the manager gave me their direct number because we kept running into so many issues! When the first groomsmen picked up his suit along with my nephews, my nephews suits were too small. on the pants but too big on the jackets. These were again, measured improperly. I would never recommend them to any wedding party. They were awful to work with, with the exception of the manager being so pleasant. They only added stress to my wedding planning process. read more

Today my Fiancé, myself and two of his groomsmen had an appointment at 5:30 for them to try a few of the different suites. For starters we arrived a few minutes before 5:30 and were still not helped until about 5:45. The First Lady that started helping us was already helping someone else so she was kinda jumping back and forth, which was completely okay because at least she acknowledged us. After filling out the form we just stood around the table and talked as we waited for the lady to finish with the only gentlemen and help us. Another lady named Melissa came over to help me, I only know her name because I called after we left and spoke with the Assistant Manager. Melissa begins by asking what I'm looking for so I showed her a few pictures and then we went over to two different styles. This is when I asked my first question. I was trying to ask "What is he difference between a suite and a tux?". Well before I could even finish my sentence she was already saying "I'm about to tell you" ... in a rude tone.. I just laughed it off because I figured she gets that question all the time. Moving on to me telling her I didn't like the navy vest because I feel like it was too much together and she gives me an attitude as she grabs another one. Any question I asked her she would speak before I was even finished with my sentence. That's not even the part that upset me, honestly. So after my fiancé and his friends are finished trying on stuff and she is taking measurements she goes over to the computer. She comes back and tells my fiancé that his deposit will be $40, and the groomsmen will be $20. Okay cool. So my fiancé ask what the price of the entire rental will be, because she hasn't talked about price at all the entire time. She told us $220, I have never had to rent a suite before so I thought this was a little much. Anyways I look at my fiancé and I was like actually it will be $180 when we get the coupon from me getting my dress from David's Bridal. She was like "oh that's includes the $40 off, without that is will be $260. So I'm like holy crap. She goes back over to the computer and I told my fiancé I was going to let her know we weren't going to be putting down a deposit today. So I walk over there to her and I say "So how does it work if we don't place our deposit today? Will you just hold on to our measurements and we could just come back and let y'all know before ....." WOW LOOK SHE INTERRUPTED ME. Melissa: *Rolls her eye all the way from the key board to make eye contact with me* *In a very rude way* " So you're not paying your deposit today?" Me: "No ma'am I can but I was just asking because this is the first place we have been so we wanted to look other places so I just wanted to know if you were going to keep our information or what?" Melissa: "No I can't even make you and event number without you paying your deposit. You don't have $40 to pay your deposit?" Me: "no I do but I just was asking to see what would be better if we needed to hold on to the measurements or you?" Melissa: *as she flips the paper over that the measurements were on as if I were going to take them from her* "No you don't get to keep these." Me: "okay so if we come back here they will just have to remeasure everyone?" Melissa: "Yeah everything will be done again..." Me: "okay thanks" It was so much worse though, her tone of voice was SO rude. She made me feel so bad in front of all of the people that were in that place. I work in retail so I understand that people have bad days but my entire experience was horrible. From the moment we got there I kept telling myself I was just asking too many questions.. but no this lady was so rude to us. I understand it probably made her upset that she did all of that and she wasn't going to get the commission for it, but if we would have gone back there, I would have asked for her because I feel like that is fair. But after this experience I don't think I'll ever walk back into that store. read more

We had a fabulous experience picking out tuxes for our wedding. The staff had an incredible amount of patience and were so fun and friendly!! Our guys looked great and we had no problems. Our wedding was outside of Charlotte, NC and our guys lived all over the place. It was so easy that they could get fitted, pick up, and drop off their tuxes at multiple locations. read more

I wish I could remember the gentleman's name that helped me to give him a plug because he is the best most helpful and knowledgeable sales person I have had in a long long time. Service like that will make me come back to this location to buy dress clothes if I need it. All in all they do have some nice clothes but others are made in china so its a bit of a mixed bag. Prices are good as there is always a sale. The only thing I don't like is they hold you to a bogo instead of giving you half off of one item. read more

Horrible layout and service. Searched 20 minutes for my size dress pants (36); they were on a rack 2 feet off the ground and the only options were $200 and up. Perhaps an associate could have shown me other options but they did not acknowledge my existence. I left and will never return. Even on a good day their selection is the worst. read more

Men's Warehouse during the prom season is booming! But, the customer service there stays at the same level of excellence the entire year round. This was my second visit to this location, and this time the experience was even better. As my boyfriend and I enter the store we were greeted my one of the sale's reps, who, although had a lot of people to still consult, went out of his way to make sure we were greeted properly. After signing in for the prom tux fitting we were introduced to Ms. Janice Bradley, one of the nicest people I have ever encountered. She was polite, informative, and efficient. She was also caring, she asked about my boyfriend and my college plans, and as we continued the conversation I felt all the more comfortable with my return to this store. By the end of the fitting, Ms. Bradley informed us that she had entered my boyfriend into a prom representative group and was giving us a free tux rental! Knowing nothing more than our college plans, Ms. Bradley went out of her way to ensure that not only would we get a tux but have the perfect tux for the perfect night without worries the cost of payment. I'm not the kind of person to write these reviews, but I was extremely disappointed with the service and quality. Simply put, THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO RENT TUXEDOS! I went in about a month ago to get fitted for a tux (I'm a groomsman in my friend's wedding this upcoming weekend). When I went in, the woman who was taking my measurements, although thorough, was quick and hurried in taking my measurements. This made me a little skeptical because I know that finding the perfect fit of a tux can be a tedious process. However, after she took my measurements, she slapped a jacket on me and gave me a pair of pants to try on. The jacket fit the shoulders, arms, and chest, but was a little loose around the middle and the pants fit was fine (not great, but ok). She told me it would be ready to be picked up 2 days before the wedding. I said "Dang! Two days?!? What if something is wrong with the fit?!" And she assured me nothing would be wrong. Well... You can probably predict what happened after that. I went to pick up my tux yesterday and the fit is terrible! The arms on the jacket are way too tight, the shirt is humongous, and the pants make me look like a before and after shot for weight watchers (very baggy)! And when I asked the manager what could be done, he replied "Nothing. That is your suit." What was I supposed to do?! I'm a groomsman. I HAVE to wear THIS suit. So now I'm stuck wearing this tux that makes me look like an idiot at my friend's wedding thanks to your professionals and Men's freaking Wearhouse. So take my advice. Men, if you're going here to rent a tux, "You're NOT going to like the way you look. I guarantee it!" read more

worst Tux rental ever. cannot rate staff service it was so bad. took tux back to store for numerous problems. Pants waist to large told it was because I had no hips, insisted to try smaller size told none available. length at least 3 inches short. shirt wrong size to large told it looked good just tuck it in. she then changed it to a smaller size. coat seemed to be large in chest and stomach area told it looked good. shoes to tight given thinner socks. after insisting for better fitting pants and willing to get them from other location manger got involved. she done a good job came out with a smaller size that the other one said they didn't have they fix good six sizes smaller. yes I said six sizes smaller I guess I needed bigger hips. she also relocated buttons on coat to properly fit. shoes while I needed a wide and settled for a regular with thinner socks my toes from being crammed in not only painful as event went on afterwards when I removed socks at home some of my toes were bleeding. upon return I expressed my satisfaction but it was like talking to the wall. sorry about that. overpriced for what you get no making things right. stay away from men's warehouse. read more
