Very poor quality on their rentals. $200 for plastic shoes, "fake" necktie, shirt that was well short of the measured neck size. I was able to pick up 10 days early. Their solution for the short neck length was to hand me a half dozen plastic extenders and told to daisy chain them. Not to order a new shirt. Simple "I don't care" attitude. read more

I've been here many times for proms, weddings, and normal clothing. Every single time i have brought business here the workers have been seemingly clueless and unhelpful. The clothes feel cheap and are extremely overpriced for what you're getting. When i got my suit, despite an hour of measuring me, it was oversized and loose in the legs. I had no idea this store carries casual men's clothes. I had a gf tell me as I was going to shop for a very casual wedding. I am so glad I stopped in. The staff is super helpful and accommodating. I explained what I was searching for and Michael A. Easily understood and quickly laid out a few choices. After confirming my guys sizes it was easy to choose and mix and match. Most all was on sale which was a plus. A couple of items I wanted were not in store in the right size. No problem! He easily ordered them at checkout to be delivered to my home at no charge. We have come to the store for the last several occasions based on their advertising. We have been told every time that they only had one maybe two of those in stock and they ran out last week. I don't understand why they keep doing this and why I keep falling for it. Staff try to be nice in the situation but it's become tiresome. read more

Waited 20 minutes for help and when I asked the person whom was working there if I could get some help she responded with " You can keep waiting or leave if you don't like it" then proceeded to help people that had entered the store after me. read more

Needed clothes for a wedding in Portland,Or. Linda was extremely helpful in getting the proper fitment for my suit, sport jacket and pants. Everything was ready on time with no issues. Then when I got to the Wedding,Taylor and Sara of men's warehouse in Portland, OR Steamed pressed all my clothes for no charge along with my my Wife's dresses. First the form letter reply from Mens Whse in response to the other poster's horror story should give every one a clue how much they care about customers.....I did not get to have a horror story. I wanted to buy a suite. I guess if your body is not perfect MW does not have a suite for you. The salesman was trying to sell me a suite that did not fit, telling me the jacket should be tight ?? Really?? And he got very annoyed when i disagreed . He also told me i should wear suspenders to hold up these absurdly large pants. When he got the tailor involved he was equally as rude, even condescending. (sorry I am not a tailor and dont understand the details of being a tailor) ...But some how the impossible job of fitting my imperfect body with a suite was magically accomplished by a local clothing store.Suite will be even done in 4 days, not two weeks.And the people I delt with where actually polite and helpful and made a Difference.
