We came here to get a suit for my high school son. We got very lucky and we were able to get a suit, shirt and tie pretty easily. It did help that was prom season so they were geared for kids his age. I brought my college age daughter with us as well since I know he respects her taste even tho he wouldn't say that. I was so happy that it wasn't difficult and it wasn't a fortune either! Now when you go in you scan the code on your phone so they have you in a queue and call your name when it is time. The only thing I didn't love was that on top of buying the suit, tie and shirt, you have to pay for the alterations. Some places they put the alteration cost into your fees. I was able to come back the following week to pick up the pants. We also needed to change out the color of the tie- which was't an issue. (We did have a credit from 4 years ago but they wouldn't accept it, which I wasn't that surprised). read more

Horrible customer service! Arrived early for my appointment and was greeted 10 minutes later. Once acknowledged and informed of my appointment time, was directed to go change and the tailor would be ready for me. Changed and waited at the tailor station for another 20 minutes and was never acknowledged. Attempted to get the attention of all floor staff and was told they are busy with a a large group that walked in. Informed them of my appointment time which is now 30 minutes after my appointment and they seemed bothered that I had an appointment. Changed and left. Will not return to this location as I refuse to spend my money where I am treated as a nuisance. read more

The staff at this Men's Warehouse are the best that I've encountered. They really understand sizing, clothing, and customer service, and after the Tux measured at a different location didn't fit right, they made the necessary adjustments, and I was able to pick up the new tux two days later. The worst customer service experience ever. I just lost 40lbs and wanted to purchase a "slim fit" suit. The slim-fit suit that I found fit perfectly. The sales associate told me that I couldn't try on a slim-fit shirt because "it is way too small for my frame." I tried on the shirt anyway, and it was actually too big. After trying on the shirt, the sales associate told me that I couldn't try on any more shirts; he said that trying more than one shirt "creates a mess" and that he "doesn't want to refold more than one shirt." I will never go back to the Men's Wearhouse in Boca. I will give the Men's Wearhouse in Boynton Beach a shot because the slim-fit suit that I tried on fits better than my Zegna suits. read more

If I could give negative stars I would!!! I was so excited to go suit shopping with my dad today for my wedding that's coming up next month until I experienced perhaps the worst demonstration of customer service I've seen ANYONE receive, ever. We were there 10-15 min by the time we were finally greeted, but soon that would be the least of our worries. We were originally greeted by a yong lady with short hair and an accent who highlight of our visit. From there, we were assisted by Rich who was a-ok until he proceeded to tell my father not to bother trying out the suit style he liked because he could "never wear a skinny fit suit with his shape." Ummm have you seen a mirror because that's RICH coming from you!!! My poor dad has been working his butt off trying to get in shape for my wedding and now even in a 34 pant size he's essentially being fat-shamed by a men's warehouse employee??? Is this real?! I could see all of the excitement and new found confidence drain from his face as soon as Rich made that very hurtful remark. Clearly commision isn't very high because why the heck would anyone in sales say that to a paying customer! We swallowed our pride, my dad tried the suit on anyway and LOVED it. The only this missing was a shirt to go with it, so with Rich being M.I.A. at the moment, I headed to the wall of shirts and grabbed one to try for size. It was a little snug so I went back for a size up- I wasn't getting mister "you can't wear skinny fit" involved again. The second shirt was better than the first but wasn't quite the right length, so my dad came over to the wall to pick one for himself. We were then accosted by a third employee saying "you can't just keep trying shirts and taking the cardboard out, aren't you on your 3rd one now?" Then he proceeded to mansplain how they have shirts already hung up for this in back... sorry we don't work here so how would we know to check the back for said shirts?! My dad and I were both speechless considering he was not our sales associate and took an very annoyed tone out of nowhere. The associate then scoffed and looked at me as my dad as my dad walked away. I told him that I was sorry we didn't know about the other shirts, but it was clear he bursted my dad's bubble to which he responded "I'm a grown man I don't care if I burst someone's bubble." You'd almost think this the employees are actively trying to deter deter customers from buying anything with these sales strategies. I'm not proud of this last part- but I couldn't help flipping these guys off thru the window after we obviously left empty handed due to the horrible experience. Do NOT do business with these incompetent individuals. It's a struggle to find anyone who gives a sh*t at any location. Every groomsman in my party had some sort of issue, AND WE ALL WENT TO DIFFERENT MENS WEARHOUSE LOCATIONS!!!!!! It's truly appalling. The service is slow, the employees all look miserable like this is the last place they want to be, and they'll MOST DEFINITELY get your rental order wrong. That's a guarantee. Overpriced, under delivering business. Will never do business with this company and ESPECIALLY not this location, it's amazing they hire people who can't match up a picture with what's needed for an order to THEIR OWN INVENTORY. I got a chance to meet not only the guy who is going to be my tailor/suit specialist, but a friend, who is also an entrepreneur himself. My husband and I spent over $500 on a suit which was already expensive but we understood it's an investment and something he'll keep for a long time so we went for it. But upon pickup they were going to give it to us this very expensive suit in a plastic cover... like a dry cleaner. When we asked for a suit bag to travel out of state with they told us they don't provide those and it would cost us $40. 40 freaking dollars after spending over $500 already?? They were seriously going to hand over to us in plastic?! How CHEAP can you get?! That should absolutely be included after spending an arm and a leg. Completely unbelievable. I hate going shopping and having to be measured for work slacks. Nothing fits the way it should often meaning lots of alterations and many service charges. I feel comforted when I see Nate however, as I know he will make things easier. Men's warehouse now offers special order custom men's wool slacks. The prices are darn reasonable also. Nate had me pick out some favorite colors and quickly ready to go. I even found a jacket that not only appealed to me, but clearly wanted me as its owner with a hefty discount tag. I have visited many Men's Warehouse and been using them for 25 years. Nate over at Boca Raton has been one of the best. Never a problem and always a solution or idea. Now if only they reduced the price of ties for men .... then I'd actually want to visit often ! -- 100.00 ties is far too expensive even with a BOGO. read more

Came here with my son who was looking for a new shirt to wear to a wedding. My son wears big and tall sizes which are so hard to find. We took a chance Men's Warehouse and we got lucky. Although the selection for big and tall men are extremely limited we did manage to find 3 or 4 styles in his size. In spite of the limited selection for us I am giving a great review is based on the excellent service we got from Clory. She took the time to show us the selection that was available for his size and she even spent time opening and unfolding the shirts for him to try each one for the best fit. At the end she took the shirt back and pressed it for us and put it on a hanger for him to take home so he did not have to dry clean or iron it. For regular sized men the selection is great here and the clothes are really nice but if you're a big and tall guy just be aware that you have very, very limited options. I just went to get a suit jacket and pants for prom. After waiting 20 minutes with nobody available to help, I decided to ask some sales associates for assistance. Not only was I met with extreme disrespect, but not one person working was able to help me. I finally just found what I wanted on my own, but then as I'm waiting for someone to even check me out, another boy shopping for prom walks in and was immediately offered assistance and hospitality. I couldn't even get someone willing to help check me out for another 10 minutes. I'm happy that I was able to get what I needed, but too bad they're homophobic pieces of shit. read more

Absolutely wonderful service. I'm not much of a planner. So we walked in 4 days before our wedding, needing a tuxedo for the Groom. Yup. Four days. (Don't worry. I'd gotten the dress 3 days earlier!) (Totally not kidding.) To their extreme credit, the employees here did NOT look at me as if I had just sprouted another head and done the Chicken Dance. They were very helpful, offering us multiple options at varying price ranges. They measured my Groom, we chose our style of Tuxedo, and we even managed to match the Vest and Bow Tie *exactly* to my dress. (See Photo!) Now THAT is impressive! The gentleman who welcomed us at the door and did the measuring was funny and personable, and Nate, who finished our reservation and helped us pick the style, was absolutely fantastic. He also helped with the final (Only... remember... Four Days!) fitting, and made sure we had the best possible look and fit for our Magical Day. Returning was absolutely No-Hassle.
