Never going here again . If I could do zero stars I would . I went here cause I was getting married . As soon as I walked in I had terrible service the whole entire and every time I walked in . The employees were very rude too me didn't care about their customers and never had an idea what was going on . They tried to over charge me 3 times for renting a vest . They also tried to over charge me for a late fee which i wasn't plus they tried over charging me a white dress shirt which i never even ordered . The hole entire men's warehouse was a complete disaster and i have a few family members that said the same thing with there experience. I am never stepping my foot in a men's warehouse again . And I highly recommend people to stay away from this place they over charge you and scam you and they are rude employees! Save time don't even bother to come here ! read more

I went in Men's Warehouse today Sunday between 1400-1445 and it's safe to say that I will not be bringing my business back. I was greeted by one individual that later identified as the manager after 15 min of being in the store and two associates whom were not helping anyone didn't assist me even after getting their attention and neither came to even ask me anything. After that an individual walked in and the two associates both greeted and assisted that person. When I addressed this, the manager asked to help but never addressed his associates on why no one helped me and continued to not assist me. Horrible customer service and incompetent staff. I came in on Monday to get my stepson fitted for his tux rental. Even with an appointment, it took almost 2 hours to complete the fitting. The person helping with the fitting was new, inexperienced and completely lost on what they were doing. When we came to pick it up, another long wait to find out the fitting was completely off. Management did little to rectify the situation. Recommend any place else. read more

THIS STORE IS THE WORSE!! We completely screwed up my entire wedding party tuxedos! Including the groomsmen. My fiancé went up there this morning at 10am when the store is supposed to open and waited till 11:15am and no one ever showed up. It's horrible! The manager never had my fiance try any pants on to see which best fit so his tuxedo looked like a clown suit! My best advice is to find another tuxedo plane because this one will most definitely ruin your event like they did mine! Unnecessary stress! This place.. we went even after reading the other reviews. Definitely do not recommend this place. We walked in and a gentleman slowly sauntered toward us and said 'What're you here for.' We said a suit, what color, etc. It was like we weren't supposed supposed to be there? He had an AirPod in (and kept in the whole time he was with us) which automatically makes it feel like he doesn't care about helping us. We ended up finding a suit we liked and went to checkout. The tag said $75 for the pants and $75 (killer price right?) for the jacket. He rang it up and they both said pants. The worker quietly grabbed the other guy and he said to go grab a different jacket. He scanned it and hurried past the amount and quickly told us our total which was going to be $100 more than what we originally thought. It wasn't even about the money, it was that the guy didn't apologize and say hey it looks like this tag is wrong, just tried to hide it. We ended up just getting the pants because my husband loved them, but we were so irritated about the whole experience we didn't want to deal with confronting about the extra amount. read more

Customer service here is terrible, I'm not sure if we came in at the wrong time since the girls that were handling the tuxedo rentals were pretty busy. Anyways, the girl that actually does the measurements had a bad attitude that came off in her voice tone and just seemed like she didn't wanna be there. Now I understand that working in customer service/retail can be pretty stressful but you still have to be polite and understanding. Now this was the first time my little brother rents a tuxedo and we did not not some of the procedures that have to be taken for the process. She rudely told my brother he had to step out after trying on the suit, which we had no idea!!! She didn't tell us either. She was so busy handling as many customers that she didn't put the required attention individually. Never stepping into this place again for any occasion. I wish these places would pay attention on who they hire and how they take stressful situations because apparently this lady can not tolerate a high amount of people. Pathetic excuse for a Mens Warehouse, or any establishment for that matter. Horrible service. I went in today for the simple intention of renting a tuxedo for a black tie event. Upon entrance, I walk back to the "tuxedo rental and sales" counter. At the desk sat two younger (soon to find out incompetent) employees; one male and one female. I had several planned out question for these two 'qualified individuals,' (after all, this was going to be my first tuxedo rental). I start inquiring with the female. She smirks and rolls her eyes at my few questions, yet is unable to back up her know-it-all attitude with any remote answers. Despite her best efforts to ward me off with ill-mannered responses, I stick around. She quickly looks over to her friend for assistance; a male gnawing down on a deep-fried chicken leg. With little initiative and a mouth full food, he slowly points with his half-eaten chicken leg towards the general direction my tuxedo options. I kindly ask where EXACTLY my tuxedo options are. They look at each other and begin laughing at my understandable confusion. I'm quickly turn into a laughing stock behind the counter. After realizing the overall attitude, I suspended my one-way conversation and leave. In no way would I give this store my business. Like I said, piss pour employment. I ended up going to Dillard's where I found excellent customer service and far better prices. read more

Terrible experience, and unprofessional work atmosphere. My shirt and pants were tailored at least 3 sizes too big and long. The employee who did the measurements denied that he did them to my face, essentially calling me a liar. The manager did scrounge around to find me something that "would work." But the pants were still too long and sloppy looking (probably because they werent tailored for me!). I was charged a rush fee for a shirt and pants that weren't tailored for me. If you want professionals with good customer service, go somewhere else. read more

My experience at this Men's Wearhouse was phenomenal I have never had better customer service! When I arrived I was a bit apprehensive since I have seen some negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. All of the works were friendly especially the girl working on rentals. She was really nice and helped me find what I was looking for quickly. She was reserved but still provided excellent service to myself and the other customers in the store. read more

The manager Michael is very rude and is unwilling to apologize or take responsibility for his own mistakes he measured me for a suit but when the pants didn't fit said there was nothing he could do about that it wasn't his job and when the shirt didn't fit he said that it wasn't his fault either cause he didn't measure for shirts and then insisted that we be quiet and let him talk worst service I've ever gotten anywhere read more
