I like the Kohl's Sephora, but it does disappoint me that they don't carry everything. A lot of the brands I usually shop for, like Huda Beauty, aren't sold at this location. Also, whenever I try to redeem my birthday gift, they always seem to be out of stock, which is frustrating. That said, if you're just shopping for basic Sephora items, it's definitely a win. Most of the standard products are usually in stock, and the store is convenient and close to my house, which is a big plus. Overall, it's good for quick, everyday Sephora shopping just don't expect the full selection. read more

Kohl's has always had exceptional customer service, that is the reason why I've been a committed shopper for years. Tonight however was the total opposite. Back to school shopping tonight with my son was exciting until it was time to check out. When I arrived at the register not a good evening, hello how are you, how was your shopping experience tonight. Nothing! The only thing I received was a rude ugly attitude associate who clearly did not want to be there. I understand it is closing time and you want to get home, we all have jobs that require 100% effort no matter what time of the day. So I went into the store to do a return for Amazon. Never really shopped here and after today, yeah not going to shop here. So I walk in and walk right up to the Customer Service desk. As I stood there a while, Terri who was working a checkout stand yelled Sir Sir Sir, you need to get to the back of the checkout line. I told here I am making a return not checking out. She replies it's all one line. Puzzled, I look up and it says Customer Service and Checkout. I am not about to stand in a long ass line for checkout when all I need to do is make a return. This use to be my go to store for shoes and clothes. Lately it has been a hit and miss. I catch myself now not even coming as much. I loved there jewrely and would buy my daughters clothes here. I have also noticed I don't get many coupons like it use to in the past. It has been awhile since I have been and I just was not getting the variety that I was use to getting in the past. The shoe selection was always a plus for me here because of my shoe size. While I have not been in awahile and had no such luck on my last visit. I will always draw back to Khols just for the history that I have with. Until then I will still remember the good ole days. read more

No enforcement of masks and social distancing. I had someone right behind me without a mask on. When I was doing my return I noticed they had posted signs of needing masks for service.... it didn't stop the person from approaching and being serviced anyway. They never told her to put on a mask or leave. I did not feel safe waiting in line when no one is enforcing their rules here. read more

This store has gone down hill in Cedar Hill with Customer Service. The manager was grossly disrespectful. I requested to speak to another manager. The second manager was condescending. She said they don't receive complaints. Look what I found here, and this is not the only site that has complaints about the Cedar Hill location. It looks like you lied. It is a shame. This store used to be amazing in Customer Service. The attitude is lackadaisical. Kohls cash, discounts and return policies have all changed. They say this happened because customers were abusing it. Terrible customer service. The girl who rung me up (Taylor) was completely not interested in providing any level of customer service. My mother even attempted to compliment her which she completely ignored. After I made my purchase, I drove across the street to Marshall's and received amazing customer service and a nicer similar item. I immediately returned to Kohl's to get my money refunded. Of course customer service didn't ask any question about why I was returning my item. Kohl's used to offer an amazing experience in Cedar Hill years ago. Won't be back! read more

I never want to come here again. Service is incredibly slow. They can't handle tax exempt purchases and the manager and clerk are extremely rude. They wouldn't even let me use my coupon because it had my name and not my organization when there were several people using the same coupon out of the paper. Mine was a mailer. Pay a little more and go somewhere else. This place has ruined my day. read more

Well I was disappointed here twice. Both times I was returning something that was purchased online... let me just say horrible customer service.. first time maybe 3 weeks before this post. I went to the line "customer service" well the young lady tells me to wait in the main line which splits with a register to the left and customer service, which the foot marks didn't match up. Didn't make sense but okay. Was in and out after being called out loud where the "line" was. Second time today. I went to "customer service" again, this time there were two women. One checking out an older woman and literally telling her the price of every item, the other one asks if I'm returning kohl's items as she folding tees and putting them up.. okaaay. What other brand would I be returning at kohl's?! Anyways keeps folding clothes and putting them up, another customer comes behind me the one folding asks her if she's there to pick up something, customer says yes, tee lady then says "oh I can help you" okaay" wtf was I? Why she could help the one behind me with a pick up and not me with a return unsure why. After ten mins of standing there the older lady that was getting told every price finally checks out and that woman helps me... honestly just didn't understand it. Was very upset both times... customer service makes a big difference in ratings and stores... I'm not one to make a huge deal or embarrass myself as anyone else out loud.. but anywho just wanted to share this. I hope they are able to improve! read more

First of all, there is a man named Michael who is just THE BEST sales associate ever!! He is just awesome all the way around, very helpful with everything and always bright and happy and smiling. Love him!! 2nd, With the cashiers sometimes you get great customer service, sometimes you don't. I think it's the younger kids that have the worst customer care skills. They like to talk to each other more than help customers. The selection of clothes is slowly but surely going downhill. I used to buy toddler/baby boy clothes here a lot, but they don't have much to choose from or they are ridiculously expensive. And that's for boys only. They have a ton of cute toddler/baby girl clothes! It's hard to find the right size for women/juniors because usually they don't get enough of each. Also, I have always bought my jeans at Kohl's but it sucks since they haven't carried Levi's in months!! I love the kohl's cash program, I just wish they would send better deals/coupons via email. The most I've received is 15% off. I would looove it if once in a while they sent a 20% or 30% off coupon!! It's tough so stay on a budget being a single, working, student and mother. read more

Don't ever get a Kohl's Credit Card. After using my Kohl's CC only at one store, in person and NEVER online, fraud was detected on my account. Thieves used my card number at two stores in CA; I live in Texas. We save all of our statements so there is no way that we were the source as to how thieves obtained the CC#. While Kohl's did detect the fraud, they take no responsibility for the breach. Kohl's cannot or will not explain how this could have happened, or what protocols will be used going forward to ensure that this does not happen again. Also, the Kohl's customer service representative acted as if Kohl's was doing us a favor by not holding us responsible for the fraudulent charges, which is completely insulting in this era. I canceled my account and recommend that others do the same unless Kohl's improves their security. read more
