Amazing customer service! Very LGBTQ+ friendly. The sales associate helped dress my masc. presenting girlfriend for a wedding from head to toe. They hyped her up so much and gave her the full sales experience showing her how she can customize suits in the future for upcoming events. They even put a rush order in to get her outfit tailored in less than a week. BIG shoutout to the sales staff as well as the tailor for making this experience so painless. read more

We just left this store beyond upset. We went in to rent suites for a wedding. My brother in law is a standard fit and was fine with whatever the employees had. They had him try on everything and went through all the steps with him. However when my other half had his turn they only fitted him for the jacket and told him he didn't have to try on anything else. Even though we questioned this several times. Except when the employee was putting the information into the computer they could not order his fit. The older employee kept telling my other half that the jacket they did have did not look or fit right. The younger employee basically told my other half it's just a rental and he is basically gettin what they have. So basically $200 means nothing to them and instead of trying to solve the problem they spent only 5 minutes saying this is what you are going to get. When my other half got upset saying he did not want to spend $200 on something that looked ridiculous (looked like a set of shoulder pads were under jacket ) the younger employee once again said it's only rental and basically what do you expect. Why would they have you even try stuff on then? Sad thing is we are getting married and they basically lost our business. They were all fun and games with us until they had a problem that we felt like they did not even spend time trying to solve. The younger employee didn't move a muscle while the older one completely agreed with my other half. I think your employees need more training on problem solving usually customer service doesn't include giving up in 5 minutes. (Then again we were just renting right ?) read more
