I brought these issues up to the owner of the store and instead of being empathetic she argued with me and insisted she was not responsible for most of the issues. She even suggested to refund me solely for my pants as if the rest of the tux could have been worn without it. After 10 minutes of an incredibly rude attitude on her part, I left and called back later to express my dissatisfaction with the result. The owner proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I was told within a week my son's suit had arrived and was ready for alterations. He went in for alterations and was told to pick up next day. Here is where it gets wicked. I went to pick up the suit, coat, pants, shirt pocket square and tie. I was only given the coat and pants. I went in and Rachel was very nice and said she put his shirt and tie off to the side and forgot to put it all back together. She came from the back of the store with a separate bag. With a used shirt that was too small. I reached out to her to make it right and she had no replacements. The shirt was black and she offered a white. THAT IS NOT WHAT I PAYED FOR! I asked for my money back which was on a Friday. The prom was on a Saturday and I could not get my money until Monday... Ok...... ok... Get there on a Monday for my refund and guess what?!?!?! They're closed!!! Save your time and money and go elsewhere. She is not equipped to handle situations when they mess up. I'm told she out sources a lot of her help which is why nothing is available in store when errors occur. She has to order items and it won't be available off rack. Horrible customer service...
