This location is not professional at all. They only tried to get sales. They lied to you about what you're ordering. They suck.

My daughter used this particular Men's Wearhouse to rent the ties for the men in her wedding. I didn't know it before, they they work hand-in-hand with David's Bridal, so they are able to accommodate ties and vests which exactly match the colour of the bridesmaid dresses. Very cool... you learn something new every day! I came in with my daughter 4 days before the wedding for her to pick up the ties and they did not have them in. Uh-oh. She had ordered them way in advance and little Miss Bridezilla was NOT a happy camper! I can't remember the name of the guy we were working with that particular day, but he was very kind and very apologetic. He, unfortunately, caught the wrath of my daughter's unhappy and stressed out state. He did put a rush on them and had them in the store just 3 days later.... which was just 1 day before the wedding. I give him kudos for getting them to the store so quickly; however, I did take one star away because my daughter did everything correctly to order them and they should have already been in the store when we arrived to pick them up. She got married 2 hours away from here and it was a real scramble to get them picked up the day before when she had a million other things on her plate. She was able to pick up her future hubby's tie and her father's tie, but my father and the other groomsmen had to go pick up their own ties. It turned out to be a real pain. My advice is to call the store well in advance after you place an order to make sure everything is going smoothly and the items you need will be there and will be ready when you need to pick them up. read more

George grabbed the exact pants in my exact waist size, and after I tried them on, he measured my pant length, and had them tailored in FIVE MINUTES. Completely painless shopping experience from start to finish. James assisted me with the purchase of the perfect tux for gala I am to attend later this year. Very professional and knowledgeable consultant. Another gentleman assisted me a week later to pick up a few dress shirts. Very diligent and even taught me a few things about lapel styles. And when I realized one shirt did not work out for my body, I was able to exchange the shirt after Rashad (another astute associate ) was able to look up my purchases with my phone number and proceeded with the transaction.
