This is my 2nd or 3rd time in this store over the last 3 yrs. I went there looking for some denim…read moreor other shorts to compliment 2 pr of jeans that I had recently gotten elswhere. I am in the middle of losing weight, so its a dilemma finding things that will fit long enough to justify the cost. I found 2 pr of slightly stretch denim shorts and two belts in an in-between size that will allow me to wear them for at least a few months. The cost is higher than amazon or other places, but the ability to actually try on things is invaluable. Both staff members, a man and a woman, were helpful, masked, and sensitive to my price concerns and suggested alternatives when available, while also explaining the difference between their leather belts and their leather bonded belts. (leather lasts longer, and I knew that, but their belts are clearly separated so you can go 'price sensitive' or just spring for the leather). I wish they carried Levi shorts but that may be a Levi's problem with sizing. Overall a great experience.

The quality here has been amazing, and the suits all looked absolutely perfect! Although I was not directly involved, I was looped in on a few emails as they made sure each Groomsmen had an appointment when needed. They did a great job of following up with 7 different schedules, all living out of town! I only came in once to pick up our final items, and the shop was incredible! It has a very professional feel, with soft music, plenty of space, and a very aesthetic look. The customer service was also exceptional-- I did not have to wait long for our four remaining items, and the employee graciously offered to carry these to my vehicle with me. Although this shop may be pricier than alternatives, we had a great experience, and all of the suits will last longer than lower quality shops! Highly recommend this spot!

They look elegant and I get lots of complements on the shirts. However at $59.99 each they are way to expensive without a sale. You can usually find a 50% off sale which is decent but if you sign up for their newsletter you will find periodic promo codes for $25 off $100 or $40 off $150 etc. Combine that with the 50% off and I have paid as little as ~$18 per shirt. My only complaint about these shirts is they wrinkle easily and require ironing. The vibrant colors also will fade after a year or two. Quicker if you wash them instead of dry clean.

The other day I was looking for a dress for an event I had coming up so I looked around and found a…read morerack that said party dresses. The sign said they were something cheap like $11 so I didn't check the price tag after I tried it on and went to pay. When I got to the counter the employee said it was $18 and I was shocked but didn't say anything. After that I looked on the dress to see the tag and noticed it wasn't there. Then I looked at my receipt and it said miscellaneous item. I was curious so I went back to find the exact same dress and the tag said $11. I'm not sure what happened there but I was cheated out of some money and I was unable to even take it back because there was no longer a tag on my dress. I'm guessing the employee removed it because I wasn't paying attention in line. I didn't feel comfortable going back in and causing a scene because I feel like I was partially at fault for not speaking up in the first place and it was only a few dollars. If you like to shop there be careful for this.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes and never wore them -- they were not used outside and remained in the same condition as when purchased. I came to the store with the original receipt, fully expecting a standard return in accordance with the return policy. However, my return was refused, with the explanation that the shoes were allegedly in "poor condition," which is absolutely incorrect. What made the situation even worse was that the refusal came directly from the store manager. Unfortunately, the manager's behavior was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. There was no willingness to properly review the item, explain the decision, or offer any alternative solution. I felt uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer. When a manager behaves this way, there is nowhere for customers to escalate the issue in-store, which makes the experience even more frustrating. I have never had such a poor customer service experience, especially from a store I expected better from. This experience did not align with the standards of customer service I associate with the Dillard's brand. I truly hope this situation is reviewed, as it reflects poorly on the store and management. They walk around with their measuring tapes, grabbing jackets off their racks and then taking down our requests - or at least that is what i thought.... Perfect! Easy! Then the problem starts when the suits come in. Guys come back to get more measurements, and still not correct. One groomsmen went in 4 times. FOUR! Color ties not correct, shirts terrible fit and all the shirts would have been a different shade , kids out fits not even ordered and then when they came in total wrong shade -blames the website, hard to color match lol... why order from a company you dont have their color swatches from is beyond me! Uncles suit given to him wrinkled, same thing wrong size shirt, tie, charged my uncle for shoe rental and clearly told Logan that he did not want the shoe rental. Not one person in my party had their suit right. Why is it that jackets off the rack fit but then when actually ordered and come in they don't? What is the point of measurements/tailoring, and they STILL are not correct I wrote an email on the shannons website on my stress because of all of this mess I was just finding out about in April and wedding is in May. One thing that Andrew has done right, was contacting me right away to tell me he will get things fixed, and compensate for gas money for everyone coming in. Annnd that never happen but okay. Groomsmen suits should all be fitted, like the suits were made for them because isnt that what all of the measurements were for and tailoring? Groomsmen are fed up, tired of coming in to this shop, just for the tailoring to be wrong. NOT how I would expect going to a professional place. If you are wedding planning and need suits go to a Department store, or any place is your best bet. Do NOT come here. This place makes my blood boil every time I go there, and I figured after this last visit, I should finally write a review. I'm a pretty good-natured person, and this place made me want to "sign" some people there. The sales people at this store are apparently trained to look at and talk to only the male customers who enter the store. If you are a female going to this store, just forget about getting any service there. I've gone to this store a few times with my husband. Every single time, they always ask only my husband if he has been helped. When I'm in front obviously looking like I need help like a ferret with an extended neck, they go around to my husband and asks him how he's doing and what he needs. You think I'm exaggerating? Even when "I" ask the sales person a question, they turn to my husband to give the answer. Every time. I also noticed the same thing happen to another couple that was there; they completely ignored the women who was standing there. This is not being done by a single salesperson, but by all the ones that we've come across in the store. If you are a female, you have to be a really loud, obnoxious one (like this lady who stood in front of me in line during one of my visits) in order to get some service. Even my husband admits that they're acting like sexist bigots. It's as if they're all trained to only serve the men to maybe make the male customers feel like it's a men's paradise, free from oppression from their wives or girlfriends or whatever. I understand that it's called "Men's Warehouse", but they should understand that the customers can be either men or women. The decision to purchase an item (especially an expensive item like a suit) is made by both persons comprising the couple. They need to grasp a hold of this concept. Let me say this is not how I feel about all of the Men's Warehouse stores out there. I've been to ones in Santa Ana, Huntington Beach, and Brea, and the salespeople in those stores were totally awesome. It's just the salespeople at this Lincoln store. It's enough that they put on a hoity-toity show, acting like they're another species, but I don't need to put up with their bigotry. They need to end this show and take those sticks out of their phony three-piece-suit-wearing **ses and give some REAL customer service. read more

We happen in to Gary Michael's to find the owner ready with the measuring tape and the knowledge that changed our shopping experience! Gary took the time to measure, listen and perfectly fit my dad with exactly what we had been looking for. Although the initial impact of the price tag paused my dad, the service, the tailoring and the over all experience proved it was worth the money. That old saying "you get what you pay for". Is 100% true at this store. To anyone looking for the perfect fit, the perfect suite or even just good conversation- We would highly recommend Gary Michael's! Beyond upset! Went to the store for the 2nd time since Saturday, since they are going out of…read morebusiness. Bought a WHITE fabric shower curtain for my main bathroom ... there were 2 of them in the brand I purchased. Since there are not any exchanges/returns, I looked them over with a fine tooth come and there was nothing wrong with the one I picked. I get it home and there is a black permanent marker dot on it, from where Sharon, the clerk marked out the price tag. Not to mention, she was EXTREMELY rude in the store and again, when I just called back to inquire about it. All she told me was, "do you have some cleaner to put on it?" Inexcusable!!

Later a Tuesday Morning opened in Loma Portal, San Diego, near where I lived. It was dreadful. Horrid parking. Junky stuff. High prices. So I guess these stores must be franchises and the franchisees get to select and price their inventory. The Tuesday Morning here in Lincoln is just lovely. Parking is easy. Store is well lighted and attractively laid out. Merchandise is beautiful. Prices are great. Just moved here so needed decorative items for home. They have items for lots of different decors. Also very nice & helpful staff.

He was funny and honest. You can find attire for prom, pageant, formals, galas and cocktail! He has great recommendations on style, fit and especially color. He put me in a color I would never imagine liking and it ended up being the dress I picked. Tips: Joe also does makeup and lessons, the jewelry would be considered statement pieces. I shop here often and they always recognize me…read more If I forget my "diva style card" (which is a discount card they have, they always look it up for me. They are also very helpful while shopping. They take the clothes from you immediately and start you a fitting room. While you are in the fitting room, they check back frequently, so that you don't have to go grab different sizes, they do this for you. They always tell me about the newest sales. On a particular occasion, knowing I was in a hurry, the saleswoman opened up another register to ring me through so that I wouldn't be late for my movie. This is great customer service!
