At the end, bride gets to ring the bell as she says Yes to the dress. Prices are a little steep. We took advantage of their Black Friday Sales. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this bridal boutique, and even more disappointed with how the situation was handled afterward. From the start, my appointment felt rushed and dismissive. When we asked the stylist about new 2026 gowns, we were told that none would be released this year. That information later turned out to be false. Since they said they have a fashion show with new gowns on their social media, which felt misleading and unfair. This was my very first time ever trying on wedding dresses, an experience that should be joyful and special. Instead, I left feeling unheard and saddened. One dress in particular made me cry and was my favorite from the beginning, yet there was clear resistance to even allowing me to try it on. I was also told by the stylist which dress I "liked best," which was completely inappropriate. As the bride, that decision should be mine alone. What made this situation worse was what happened afterward. The boutique sent us text messages stating that they decided not to move forward with my consultation or any gown options and excluded me from their runway event and giveaway. We have screenshots of these messages, which I am attaching, because they later deleted texts so there would be no proof of how unkind and dismissive they were. Thankfully, we saved the screenshots before they were removed. Additionally, we repeatedly asked to speak directly with the owner, Blanca Gonzales, and were denied that opportunity. Refusing to allow a customer to speak with ownership while simultaneously deleting messages feels extremely unprofessional and unethical. Overall, this experience was heartbreaking and far below what any bride deserves during such an important moment. Final note to other brides: please proceed with caution when booking here. I would strongly advise against Saturday appointments, as it is extremely overpacked and rushed, which takes away from the care, attention, and respect a bride should receive during such a meaningful experience. read more

Sposa Mía is definitely a great place with great customer service. Alexa was very polite, interactive, and seemed to actually love her job. She made me feel comfortable. Everything about my appointment went great. i said yes to the last dress i tried on. The only downside was I went to one of the tailors they recommended (Yolanda) and the final result of my dress just had me in tears. It took almost a month to wait for my dress to be "done" just to find out that it was unfinished. i thought the chest area was sewn but when i went home i noticed it wasn't. her pin where she marked it was still in place. when i sent yolanda a picture (attached) she accused me of putting the pin myself and that it was never discussed in my appointment. she failed to take accountability. my mom was with me at my appointment as a witness and they both discussed it. so my mom had to finish sewing my dress at home. i am upset that i paid almost 400 for an unfinished dress. i recommend finding your own tailor shop. Other than that, Sposa Mia is great and have nothing to complain about the actual bridal shop. read more

This is a small shop with a few dresses made by recognizable designers and other dresses that have been locally created from Mexican designers. Because the shop is quite small, I felt like there were not as many options as I would have wanted. The options that they did have were rather pricey, though many of them were very beautiful. Initially the staff did not seem to be very eager to help us out, but I think after they noticed that we were serious about purchasing a dress they became much more friendly and helpful. The attendant helped me in and out of three different dresses - although I pretty much new that the very first dress I tried on would be the one. Being unsure, however, my mother and I decided to try out other bridal shops in the area. About 6 hours later we returned to purchase this dress. Knowing that the dress was over my budget, I began negotiating with the owner and I ended up getting the dress about $500 cheaper than the ticketed price! Overall one of the better bridal shops that we visited in the area - though I think it could use more selection and perhaps better initial customer service. read more

On Friday I said yes to two gorgeous dresses! Unfortunately, my consultant, Kezia, provided a very unpleasant bridal shopping experience to me and my party. I noticed she never offered us water as the other consultants did. When I asked to try on accessories- she said those could wait and I could make another appointment to see them. And its not like at the end she offered to set one up for me. When I asked to try on another gown, she asked me what time it was,I had to respond we still had time left and I had been attended about 20 minutes after my appointment. She never asked or offered any recommendations from gowns and/or accessories. She never bothered to say "that looks nice". All she did was put on my dress and that was it. Her facial expressions showed like she didn't want to be there or provide a good service. At the end, she didn't say thank you or goodbye. She charged me, left, and another employee actually gave me my gowns. I didn't request another consultant because I didn't want to make my experience more uncomfortable than it was already. I would advice shoppers to request another consultant the minute they feel unappreciated in such a special day. read more
