7/30/26 Looks like they may top out at close to 15 spams today I am at 14 now and that is close but still some time to get a last one in. So 14 or 15 roughly twice an hour for spam. They do not even offer a cook book to take care of this overwehelming sludge of spam spew. If this is the best they can to I do not understand how anyone would ask them to do something to literally cover thier asses with clothing. Maybe clothing is not what they do well anymore. I shopped in this store about a week ago needing some clothes for a business trip. They did not have the colors/styles of shirts in my size in the store and offered to have them shipped to my home address. I received the package a week later, only the package did not have the 3 shirts I purchased. Instead it had only one shirt and that in a different color/style than I had selected. The packing list clearly listed the 3 shirts I purchased. I called the store and explained the situation that my shipment was incorrect. The first person to help me graciously tracked the package and let me know it had been delivered. I said I realized that because I had opened it and it contained the wrong order. After several minutes of her not being able to figure out a solution, I asked if I could just cancel the order and get a refund. This proved to be a challenge because I paid for part of the order with a visa gift card. Since I used the entire amount of the gift card, I got rid of it when I got home. I paid the balance with my personal debit. The amount of the refund was greater than the amount I paid on my personal card. Apparently, company policy doesn't allow them to put more back on my personal card than they charged to the account, and I no longer have the gift card. She couldn't figure out how to do this and said her manager would be in within 2 hours and she would have her give me a call. Well, I waited until 9 pm, and I did not get a call. So, this morning, I called them shortly after they opened and got the manager. She said they had been "real busy" the previous day and she couldn't find any time out of her 8 hour shift to call me. She had a suggestion of what I could do to get the gift card reactivated and sent to me. First, she gave me the wrong contact info. Next, I needed the card number to be able to contact the the card company's customer service. She couldn't provide the entire number so she gave me the 800 number for MW customer service. I called several times and each time they were "experiencing high call volumes". I finally got fed up with that and tried their chat support and got someone who somewhat helped me, but I won't have an answer until Tuesday. I found this whole situation frustrating that they did not live up to the statement on their website, "For over 40 years we've been helping men like the way they look. We've been able to make good on that promise thanks to the world class customer service delivered each and every day by our dedicated employees. Your satisfaction is the highest priority at the Men's Wearhouse." I don't honestly think they cared one bit about my satisfaction and the issue is still unresolved. I can't believe a company like this doesn't have the ability to resolve an issue like this quickly. I am very dissatisfied with the whole experience and they have given me no reason to shop at MW again in the future. I can overlook a mistake with the wrong shipment. Stuff happens. What I find hard to believe is the lack of effort and urgency to resolve this situation for me. Pathetic is the best word I can use to describe my experience with this store. p.s. I only rated this as a 1 star because I had to do that at a minimum. It would be a 0 star rating if they allowed that choice. read more

Went to get fitted for a wedding out of state and helped coordinate pickup at wedding location. Staff was extremely courteous.

Over priced and ridiculous! Found a much better deal for my son's prom attire at another national chain, 3 pc suit, 2 name brand shirts, 2 silk ties, and an awesome pair of leather shoes at one quarter the price of just the suit at Men's Wearhouse. Never going to go back! read more

I will refrain from using the profanity I think is necessary to describing just how terrible of an experience I had with this particular store. Is started with the employee name Cal. He was rude, discourteous, and unprofessional. He refused to even get out of his seat to answer a simple question or two about some clothing items around the room we thought looked good. He argued with my so much about tie options that I decided to buy my tie and shoes at a different store rather than go through him. After struggling through the confusing process of assembling and renting a suit (because he wouldn't explain how anything worked) we realized that we almost rented a marine blue vest with navy blue pants. When we brought that to Cal's attention he laughed and said "Well I wasn't going to say anything but it didn't seem right to me." VER BATIM. We came to this store just as much for their experience and expertise as we did the suit it's self. He was lazy, inattentive to detail, and counterproductive to everything we were trying to do there. When the day came to actually try my suit on and pay for the rental nothing fit like we had specified. The vest was several sizes to large, the pants were not the "fitted" style we asked for and we're still two sizes too big. Not to mention the fact when Cal did the original paperwork he added in items to the purchase I specifically asked him to remove. Another employee there took one look at me in my suit and said "Perfect!" When I asked him about the sizes he took a closer look and was forced to admit I could go down a size or two in every item but they didn't have the clothes there at the store. Apparently they though I wanted to look like Jerry Seifeld with the puffy pirate shirt on. So he ordered them and told me they would be there the day of my wedding. Mind you, they only give you two days notice to try on your suit before the date of the wedding. The day of my wedding comes and the vest is still too big and the pants are not what I ordered. As a result all of my wedding photos have my groomsmen (who all went through different stores in their home towns) looking fitted and clean while I look like I lost a significant amount of weight after I had my measurements taken. When this all started I made a complaint to the manager of the store about Cal's behavior and her excuse was that we was new. Then several months later when I complained about him again the managers eyes grew wide and she explained she was well aware of his work ethic and she would do everything to try and fix his mistakes. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE and I will actively try and tak anyone I know out of going to them for services. David's Bridal will be much more professional and accommodating. read more

2 weeks before our daughter's wedding, our son needed a suit fitting. He went to the men's wear house in Onalaska, WI to be measured. The young man at the store did a fitting giving us a measurement card. Since the wedding was out of town the measurements were called in to order the suit. Well, wouldn't you know when we went to pick up the suit the day before the wedding (it was a special order)! the measurements were WAY OFF. The suit jacket was 6 sizes too large and the dress shirt was also 3 sizes too large! We ended up spending an additional $100.00 for a correctly fitting suit. NO THANKS to the incompetency of their staff at men's wear house. I called to tell them my complete dissatisfaction both to the manager at the Onalaska store as well as their corporate offices. All they offered was some lousy coupons "since we had an upcoming event" My response "the wedding was last week" What a joke they are not out the extra hundred dollars I am. Also the fit of my daughter's husband tux coat was way too small, and heard complaints that one of the groomsmen pants were two different lengths! These people they employ to handle these special occasions obviously do not know what they are doing. Very poor unprofessional customer service! I won't even give them a 1 star for what! read more
